For those looking for Moroccan food, the tajines are the obvious choice. They are very tender and flavorful. My favorite, however, was the duck with an orange sauce and celery puree. After ordering it took over an hour for the food to show up! 4 people showed up after us and all of them got their order before us! Even though 3 of them ordered the same meal!
