In June 2013, a series of panic attacks took over my life. Few months later, the anxiety was so hard on my digestive system, I developed GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease). Which made my anxiety worst. I went thru the normal western medicine procedure of taking Prilosec and Pepcid. I had an endoscopy done and it came back normal. I've had great acupuncture practitioners before, but I never knew they could help with my EYES! I have Glaucoma which, before my last eye surgery, was controlled by eye drops. After my surgery, the inflammation and Glaucoma escalated to the point that, without some kind of miracle, had the potential to permanently endanger my vision, even with taking six medications, several times per day. I had a course of treatment with Tina (Hummingbird Acupuncture) and, at the end of the sessions, I could actually see more clearly.
