The inside area is larger than you think, with a dance floor downstairs. There's also a huge outside area. It was very busy on the Saturday night we were there and I didn't find the atmosphere particularly friendly. I can say all that though and still give it 3 stars because I can see it isn't for me (too old/not alternative enough) but I've given it 2 stars because of the 'cocktails'. They make a big thing of doing 'fellowship' cocktails in pint glasses. They basically are made of fluorescent coloured sugars and low percentage cheap alcohol. They made me feel more sleepy and grumpy than anything- not exactly how you want to feel before you go out. They would be better getting a variety of decent cider/ales on tap which they could also charge £5 for but would actually taste like something. But if you're a student you'll love it, so this is just proof that I'm now incredibly old.
