He gave me a brief exam and knew i needed surgery. We got it scheduled and two weeks later it was done. He did perineal plasty, scar revision, and muscle tuck. I'm only a week post op so I will edit and add with how things feel when I'm healed. I am super grateful for Dr. Dalm taking my pain seriously and offering solutions.

It's unfortunate new moms arent referred immediately to pelvic floor PT but I was so glad I took the steps to get to GR OBGYN. From the front desk to consistent support from Lily, the staff provides a safe, comforting and welcoming space for women. Not to mention the emotional support from Dr. Dawson, she was the person I didn't realize I needed - I'm forever grateful for our sessions. I can't say enough good things about this practice and if you are searching for some pelvic floor PT or have questions about it; this place is a gem and made a difference in my life. I'm truly bummed to have graduated on but I am a true believer in pelvic floor PT. Thank you Lily and staff for all your do for the GR women.

Alpha was an agency that I heard so many good things about in regards to new parent classes, support groups and counseling. When I arrived the team was welcoming and so helpful. My husband joined me for every class. At the end we left with tools and resources to help us on this new journey. Apart from the material support we received we gained new connections. The facility overall was easy to access, welcoming and clean. The staff made us feel safe, and treated us so well. Parking is located by the building and it's close to the downtown area. I have had chronic low back pain for the last 18 years and have seen multiple doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, fascia body workers, mental health professionals of different styles, acupuncture, the list goes on. I've tried yoga, pilates, running, swimming, stretching, different strength training and none of it helped at all, in fact, most of them made my pain far worse. After hearing "nothing is wrong with you" by so many professionals I accepted that the pain may never get better. I discovered PRI and the more I learned the more I found similarities in my symptoms. Simio is a 2.5 hour drive from me but I am so incredibly grateful to have them and the drive is nothing compared to the results and pain relief they have provided me. I no longer have to use any pain medication, I can stand all day at work with little to no pain (where before I would be in near unbearable pain the entire time), I am virtually pain free at home. The best part is that with the reduction in pain, my mood has improved and my energy and space for others has vastly improved. I am so thankful, and I'm only on my second visit. I am so hopeful for the next steps and will update after I complete my therapy with Simio.
