The paper they post on their door listing their different weekly hours says a certain time for each day, such as 7 PM and then if you get there at 6:30 you find the doors are LOCKED because they don't warn you on their schedule.! I thought that was a one time fluke but it has happened numerous times. And it's quite frustrating . Lastly,if you feel sick in the winter, try to find a clinic with a much larger waiting room rather than something half the size of your bathroom because 50 people will be packed in there like sardines, and your sure to get sick from one of them if you don't already have the flu or Covid!!

Yesterday when my mother went up to reception to ask about status after waiting an hour she was told to sit down. Very disrespectful. A B12 injection takes a minute.
