Sometimes they showed up without calling and sometimes they didn't show up at all. They were disorganized about ordering supplies, leaving my dad with no treatment for days. Without the consistency, the wound got worse and he was in horrible pain. Communicating with the owner was nearly impossible. When we finally reached her, she was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The whole experience was unprofessional from the start. When we moved to a different company (Trinity), my dad got a thorough assessment with a holistic treatment plan that included the therapies he needed and treated him as a whole person. KeystoneCare never did that. They were disorganized and haphazard. The whole experience added a huge amount of stress and anxiety to an already difficult situation. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

This is a really calm atmosphere, all the staff and caregivers are very friendly. Ever since my Aunt moved in, she is never alone unless she wants to be. She settled in quickly. I like the friendly environment, the nurses and administrative staff is very good with her. It is great to see her now engaging in activities to keep her active and doing things she likes. She loves the entertainment. The staff and caregivers are so great with her and are able to get her to take her medicine everyday. She loves the meals and loves being able to sit and eat with friends. Her room is very nice and because we were able to bring some of her own furniture, it feels like her old apartment. The Executive Director Lisa McDonough is the best at keeping me updated on her progress or any health concerns. She is the best. The office is only actually open three days a week and on the days it isn't you could not get in touch with anyone regarding your care. You have to bring an aide with you to the company because they do not have their own staff. The owner is rude and sees no wrong in her ways. She doesn't listen to clients or caregivers who are voicing concerns, she often cuts people off in conversation and threatens legal action if you are remotely confrontational with her. I plan to report her and this company to APS after I finish this review because they should not be allowed to have clients in these conditions. Your family is not in good care in her hands, no one works in the office, if anything there's only one girl and she barely answers as well. I want to take my mom out of the company but my mom doesn't want to go through the process. I often have to take off work to care for my mom when her aide needs aa day off because they can't even get in contact with the company to let them know they need relief or PTO.

The only real complaint I have is that I would prefer to have an appointment earlier in the day rather than at 5 to 6.
