They don't even call the company to tell them they won't be in to care for the client. Some aids won't work holidays and others are verbally abusive to the client. My family member was treated horrible by some of the aids that are with this company Care Nest of Morrisville and Philadelphia. Some aids would show up 2-3 hours late and leave an hour early for a 5 hour shift with my uncle. The office personnel would tell us they have no one to cover the shift when an aid didn't show up or called out. As the family member we often went over to care for our uncle when the aids did not show up. Some aids would knock at the neighbors doors asking for money ir cigarettes. This is an awfully run company, Do Not use their services as you will never have help! We have had aid on a rung camera banging on neighbors doors. Just horrible stuff that happened while my family member was under their services. ​

My mom has been a resident for over a year. She is doing better than she was at home. My only…read moreconcern is her mobility. She isn't allowed to walk much because her condition has affected her balance. Her doctor has requested that she has PT and OT and this has been done but her desire to walk has been restricted to only PT. The staff notifies me of any changes in her condition. They only missed one time, when there was a covid outbreak on her floor. I was called about another issue and it came up in the conversation and I was shocked because I wasn't called about the covid outbreak on her floor (she had tested positive). The staff is really good with Mom and take good care of her.
