How could anyone dislike this store, or what they stand for? Great merchandise, great people. Equality is a wonderful thing... ;-)

This place has some pretty unique and nifty products. It's really fun inside and has a great…read moreselection of whimsical clothing and decorations. But, Moda Fina has received a 2 star rating for a reason. The clothing was great, but who I assume is the owner, was just plain rude. The sales girls were so nice and did help me with all my prospective purchases to the dressing room. They were really willing to help. Strike number one: I saw the older woman yelling at one of the girls about leaving to help a customer and leaving herself on the register. She replied that she thought she was supposed to help the customers, and the woman aggressively told her that she was wrong to do that. Strike two: when I asked about a price on a skull decoration, she nastily told me to "check the tag" with a condescending tone and face to match. I then informed her that there was no tag, and she spit out a price off the top of her head. Strike three: I was pretty sure I wanted a really cute maxi skirt with a carrot print, but I needed to mull it over in my head to see if I really wanted to add it to my collection. I saw the sign in the dressing room that stated to bring all merchandise back to the sales associates when done. I brought it up there and handed it to the same lady who was rude to her sales associate and myself. I said I just needed some time to think about it, and that I would be back either way by the end of the business day. She then says, very passive aggressively, with an audible "tut" sound, "If it will still be here". She then walked away without my info, or even a good bye. In short, even if I love the products in this very cute store, I will NEVER be back to Moda Fina because of the absolute and blatant disrespect of her sales associates, myself, and the basics of customer service.

Do I really need to give one star to this business in order to write a review!?…read more Worst shopping experience and worst social experience in the whole MA!!!! The owner is so rude and aggresive, no social skills at all, you can tell she hates people and she hates when customers ask her questions about her merchandising. The clothes she sells are as old and outdated as her attitude and some even had stains like they've been returned and just put back on stock. The actual store smells like humidity and it's very dark to enjoy shopping. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ITS VERY BAD VIBES!

I'm usually interested in vintage stores and items and I get really excited about vintage shops. I'm surprised because most of the time I haven't really found anything in my style. I was able to find a really cute pair of shoes and a cute bag. I have also been gifted beautiful bags from this shop in the past. They have a wide range of prices, so you do have to pay attention to what you're buying and think about adding a tax. The store also doesn't typically offer discounts, but I have noticed that for an item that might need repair they do have flexibility. The employees are also very kind, flexible, and informative. Overall I would recommend this shop to those who love shopping for vintage clothing and accessories and I look forward to browsing here again.

So many amazing things, so little time! Very helpful staff, lovely and large collection in a variety of sizing. Accessories, prints, and clothing for both men and women. Great little place in Provincetown-- a must stop for any vintage lover! There's a second shop in Orleans, but I don't know if I'll make it out there during my Cape stay this year, but it's good to keep for future reference! If you're a fan of the 20th century, this is your stop.

I might just be a little obsessed with this store. Why? Because I'm not a girly girl. Never have…read morebeen. I tend to really like a lot of styles that are in the boys and men's sections...but they're not cut well for my figure. Too long, too broad-shouldered....or even too narrow in some spots (notably the chest and hips). Women's clothing was just never my jam. I cried when I was forced to wear a skirt and/or dress as a kid. I'm a creature of comfort and not really into makeup, either. But, if I need to dress/glam up, I clean up fairly well...and actually own a single dress (but I prefer wearing a suit - with pants). Generalization alert: I find that many women's garments are not made as sturdily as men's...and they cost more. Well, there's a few companies out there that are catering to those of us that prefer androgynous clothing styles...and happen to be shorter, thicker, curvier...insert whatever adjective. Even shoes! My feet are tiny and yes...I can buy boys shoes (they're cheaper...)...but not one men's style of shoe is made small enough for my paws. Enter Boichick. I happened to be in Provincetown back in May...and the name of the place caught my eye. They had not yet opened but I was back in town during Carnival week and visited twice. I didn't mention this before...but I absolutely hate clothes shopping. Like...despise it. But...upon walking into a place that carries not only styles that I identify with...but SIZES that actually fit me...kinda life-changing. No joke - I'm still wearing stuff that's decades old. When it falls apart, I toss it. I found a whole bunch of well-made stuff at Boichick that I can wear for work or play...and prices are reasonable. Oh yeah...everything fits me! I don't need to see a tailor to shorten my sleeves and/or pants. Buttons aren't popping off my chest. My cute new pair of shoes are super comfy. I actually feel pretty good about myself when I'm in my newly acquired duds. So...thank you. Thank you, Boichick...for existing and filling that clothing store void I've had my whole life. Can't wait to shop there again.
