I called 800-493-1372 under "Find a Doctor" and spoke to a young lady who said she couldn't help me in obtaining another number. She even attempted to call the same number I did and got the voicemail and was unable to leave a message as well. I asked this "customer service representative" if her supervisor or team leader could help get a message to Dr. Griffin's clinic manager/supervisor to alert them of this challenge in reaching their office. I guess Diedre and her husband just looked like good people. I reached out via email, made an appointment, and when I arrived I was greeted warmly and the consult began. Several hours later I had a clearer picture of what I had been dealing with most of my life, and a real sense that Diedre cared about making me feel better. I think she said something along the lines of, "my friend, don't worry, I can fix this". And fix it she has. Her initial perceptions about what was going on with me were spot on, and have been confirmed by some follow-up testing she had me do (the hair analysis). While I am now taking what admittedly is a pretty good list of supplements and dietary aids, the way I feel cannot be denied.
