She's a pro with needles, I thought it would hurt but I barely even felt it, she was that good and fast. Anyone worried about needles should definitely book a session with Melissa, she made both my husband and I very comfortable and at ease. She's very personable and friendly and that helps a lot. We ended up having a second session and brought my sister in law along the next week for a top up for energy and vitamins. Recommended for many different health reasons, it helped me in such specific places in my body that I could feel it working. Highly recommended, we'll visit again when we're back in town.

After filling all the paper work and given them my insurance information i was completely covered and approved for 20 sessions. The staff is polite and friendly, but that is probably all i can say on the positive side. After the 20 sessions, i felt no improvement so i did not bother to contact insurance for more approved appointments. I moved out in 2019 to my own place, and was contacted by collections in 2023 (5 years later) for an unpaid $500 bill. Allegedly they had mailed multiple bills to my old address and it was never forwarded to me. I work for GM and at the time we had theramatrix as our insurance provider, but parted ways in 2021. Im not going to get in the details of the run around Optimal Rehab put me through to confirm with my old insurance that i had no out of pocket expenses or deductibles, but they basically wanted me to provide the EOB (explanation of benefits) to confirm this information. I was told by the owner if they were at fault for filing the insurance papers incorrectly, he would apologize million times over. One apology would have been sufficient, but after not hearing anything back from them in the last three weeks, i assume they have taken care of the matter on their end. Hopefully they do not try sending the $500 bill to collections again in 2028. Mind you, though my address had changed my phone number on file stayed the same the entire time but it is not their policy to call you in regards to a 5 year past due bill. My recommendation would be to go to Diversified Physical Therapy. They have way better techniques and equipment to help with your physical therapy. They also know how to properly enter in insurance information. If you do end up choosing Optimal Rehab though, triple check to make sure they are entering the correct information on each of your appointments so nothing similar happens to you. More importantly, hopefully whatever injury or soreness you are dealing with gets better wherever you end up seeking help.

Have always said to my wife and kids if your sick see a MD. If you have back pain, or surprisingly other pain, this is the Man you need to see. One of my biggest fears is that one day the pain will be terrible and Dr Flora will be retired. His receptionist, Debby, has been there as long as I can remember, She is fantastic at her job as well. Keeps this Busy Office running smoothly and knows exactly how to deal with insurance companies. You rarely have to wait over 2-3 minutes to get called back to a room. I couldn't think of anything bad to say about them if my life depended on it. Next time your in pain, call and see for yourself that this is all the Truth.

Let's just begin this with the brutal honesty , First and…read moreforemost all the employees but a few . Key word FEW . Are experienced and do excellent care . As for the others lol as a former employee I will begin by saying how unprofessional this place is ran down to the owners of this business , ran so poorly an careless they put up such a great front for social media an family an visitors upon arrivals . But when everyone leaves it's right back to staff getting high , coming in drunk smelling of booze like if they just came right from the bar , staff getting very argumentative with each other and "manager" just standing by watching and doing absolutely nothing about the behavior because she also enjoys being involved in the work drama as she like too believe she is still a kid while she sits by and allows everything too happen right in front of her eyes , very unprofessional management when it comes to work environment. Childish behavior any time you have a serious concern nothing ever gets addressed it gets brushed off as it's not a serious enough concern for them too handle. Than from Residents who are considered as "needy" will be ignored and treated poorly when it comes to care and left soaked due to not wanting too take the time to provide the proper care or compassion for them as they deserve. So leading them to either be soaked for hrs , and leads to bed wounds . And having to do countless measures to heal bed wounds because of the lack of care being done . too the neglect they put in place for trainings half the staff doesn't even know what too do in a case of someone having an active episode or seizure. From residents being left in their rooms not being brought out for meals because they like to claim it's "behavioral related " when it's pure laziness and not wanting too take the time to understand the resident and their needs . So they will leave them in the room and close the door to avoid having too do their jobs . , leading too residents falling and having to make reports half the time they will just act as if it didn't happen. And than sit back and think why is this resident become so combative. The lack of accountability this place has is such an understatement. And not one single person who's employed will ever take accountability for anything that is going on behind closed doors and where "cameras " can't see .

We brought my 6-year-old daughter in for care, but instead of compassion, we were met with cruelty. A physician assistant pointed at the door and told us to leave, like we were a burden. No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health. You are about money, control, and intimidation. There is no integrity in how you operate -- just blatant disregard for patient dignity, especially for children. We were humiliated, heartbroken, and shaken. No family -- especially no child -- should be treated this way.
