No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health. You are about money, control, and intimidation. There is no integrity in how you operate -- just blatant disregard for patient dignity, especially for children. We were humiliated, heartbroken, and shaken. No family -- especially no child -- should be treated this way.

After filling all the paper work and given them my insurance information i was completely covered and approved for 20 sessions. The staff is polite and friendly, but that is probably all i can say on the positive side. After the 20 sessions, i felt no improvement so i did not bother to contact insurance for more approved appointments. I moved out in 2019 to my own place, and was contacted by collections in 2023 (5 years later) for an unpaid $500 bill. Allegedly they had mailed multiple bills to my old address and it was never forwarded to me. I work for GM and at the time we had theramatrix as our insurance provider, but parted ways in 2021. Im not going to get in the details of the run around Optimal Rehab put me through to confirm with my old insurance that i had no out of pocket expenses or deductibles, but they basically wanted me to provide the EOB (explanation of benefits) to confirm this information. I was told by the owner if they were at fault for filing the insurance papers incorrectly, he would apologize million times over. One apology would have been sufficient, but after not hearing anything back from them in the last three weeks, i assume they have taken care of the matter on their end. Hopefully they do not try sending the $500 bill to collections again in 2028. Mind you, though my address had changed my phone number on file stayed the same the entire time but it is not their policy to call you in regards to a 5 year past due bill. My recommendation would be to go to Diversified Physical Therapy. They have way better techniques and equipment to help with your physical therapy. They also know how to properly enter in insurance information. If you do end up choosing Optimal Rehab though, triple check to make sure they are entering the correct information on each of your appointments so nothing similar happens to you. More importantly, hopefully whatever injury or soreness you are dealing with gets better wherever you end up seeking help.

Dentist Emily Thompson/Suave said nothing was wrong with it and that it was just irritated from a deep filling she had done. After continuously being told during multiple cleanings that there was nothing wrong with that tooth, I decided to get a second opinion. My new dentist had found the filling needed to be taken out and I needed a root canal.. with a crown. I get sometimes problems can be hard to find, but the new dentist was able to see the issue at the first glance of X-ray..and simply doing hot and cold sensitivity tests.. all of this could have been resolved a lot sooner.. if Main Street Family Dental took me seriously. They cost me over $2000 due to the root canal. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone..especially if you have reoccurring dental issues

Dr Racine and his staff answered all my questions when I was thinking about using his services. I was impressed that this dentist office was keeping up with the times with newer style X-ray equipment, air filtering, and other newer dental technologies. I have now been there for a total of six appointments as I needed considerable dental work after postponing dental visits for two plus years of the pandemic. At all visits I have been promptly greeted by a friendly face, and time spent in the waiting area has been minimal. Dr Racine and the various staff and technicians have been cordial, professional, answered all my questions about the procedures I was there for, and explained what they were going to do, and what they were doing as they worked on me. They consistently check to see that I am comfortable, and OK, while they are working on my teeth. They offer free nitrous oxide upon request, and being a bit of a wuss I request it each time. I have had scaling and deep cleaning for Periodontal issues, multiple crowns, and several cavities filled now and all done painlessly, with minimal discomfort. I am fully happy with the work, and experiences I have had with Dr Racine, and Vienna Family Dentistry, and I like their very realistic ceiling light covers that I have been getting a lot of time to look at.
