Was no one ever dispatched before? Where is the customer service or communication on delays if you could track them the whole time? Over 4 hours later and still waiting on a driver. Calls to their number go to a full mailbox that tells you to text so you can't even speak to them to get updates. All in all a HORRENDOUS experience. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews because this happens all the time. And hopefully you don't have a fleet account or Agero who keep using them regardless of how bad they are.
