Long story short, we had replaced both toilets 10 years prior, they were installed improperly and that caused a slow water leak that destroyed the flooring and subfloor. Bagget Construction tore open both bathrooms and found the wood totally destroyed. The only thing holding up our bathrooms were the tile floors! Max and his son, Brian, were so great to work with. We did have some hiccups due to product orders but that had nothing to do with Baggett. As the project progressed we added and upgraded more of our house. Brian would graciously say "We have replacing the electrical and lighting in these rooms, would you like to do the other rooms?". It does make total sense to do such things when everything is opened up. We now have a mostly brand new interior and could not be more pleased. They do not cut corners and although it was more cost than originally expected but the end result is a beautiful modern upgrade. We highly recommend this company.

When we…read moreconfronted the owner (Hilario) about the poor quality and told him we needed it corrected, he had a meltdown. Mind you, this started out very calmly (we were simply shocked by the "terrible" work he had don). It was like a Jekyl and Hyde experience. He had also damaged an appliance and tried to hide it (found this out later) and left an absolute mess in front of the house. In any event, we asked him to correct this ridiculous mess he made of our kitchen and he said he could not "fix it" and said he "needed to go" and simply left (like in that day). He left messes everywhere - which we were cleaning up for like a week. It was one of the weirdest experiences we have ever had with a contractor - bar none. I would characterize it as shocking for two reasons 1) The work quality was so visibility poor quality that any child could have done it and 2) His flat out "crazy response" to our request that he fix the damage - was like so out there that I still remember the scene to this day. Stay away from this contractor - it will not end well. We still kind of joke about how terrible the work was and how he literally "flipped" when called on it. He walked off the job and we simply hired another contractor to finish the work. We, of course, also had to clean up the "mega-mess" that this guy left on the property. AGAIN, DO NOT USE HOPE GENERAL CONTRACTOR - NO WAY.

Daniel Sr. and his son Daniel, were at my house within two days of my initial phone contact to evaluate the job. They provided me a proposal within days. I subsequently enlarged the scope of the project, and they made several more visits over the next two weeks. The project consisted of two stamped concrete patios, two stamped concrete aprons, a stamped concrete walkway, 135' of fence footing, and one propane tank pad. Once finalized a start date was scheduled. Though there was a slight delay, they kept me apprised of the situation, and the work commenced as rescheduled. I was particularly impressed with their work as they formed the pour. It's that time when a trade skill and art meet. For example, the two Daniels formed and reformed a walkway ramp with stairs several times over the course of a day before they were satisfied, transforming the mundane to aesthetically pleasing. They were attentive to my concerns regarding drainage and slope, and provided suggestions as work proceeded. At all times during the project, they sought approval as various forms were set in the yard. The core crew are all family members which I believe instills pride in their work. The stamped concrete came out great, and they returned after a month and some sunshine to seal the concrete. In addition to the quality work it was gratifying to do business with a local business.
