Savoring the flavors of tradition -- authentic Tianjin taste and hands down the best Chinese crepes, I could eat this five days a week!

Steam dumplings with A LOT juice!

This is food is from Tianjing province. It was very different but I like to try new things. We ordered a few of their specialties like the savory sesame tofu soup, lamb bones, the steam "soup" dumplings, and thin egg pancake-like rolled up with a crispy wonton skin in the middle. I liked, not loved, everything. I'm on the fence about this place so for now, I won't rate them too harshly. I will come back to try some other dishes and see if I feel better or worse overall.

Jian Bing Guo Zi: classic northern Chinese breakfast dish. It is mung bean crepes, with egg and onions and crispy fried dough inside.

Tianjin is famous for their breakfast foods. Finally we have an authentic Tianjin breakfast shop in this region. Everything was savory, authentic, and well-priced. Jian Bing Guozi was very flavorful. The tofu pudding soup was , comfort food at its best.

Good location and easy ordering. Food is lighter than most Tianjin breakfast, but I like it light. The staff is welcoming. The food is served fast. The inside is small, may be an issue when they fill up after the soft opening. Good value, but the picture menu can be confusing since the pictures show 3 beef biscuits and 3 regular biscuits, but they only serve 1. However, the price hints what you see will not be what you get. New business, so room for improvement! Continue to improve and it will do well. Best of luck to them!

Both food and services are lacking in my opinion; not very roomy and comfy inside as well; 3 stars for it being close to me.

We decided to split both dishes, and the portions ended up being pretty large for the price. We were full and still managed to have leftovers to take home afterward. Overall, the food was filling, seasoned well, and well portioned without being overly expensive. The only downside was that our waters were never refilled during the meal, although it honestly looked like there was only one server working at the time. Despite that, the service was still quick overall, and I'd definitely come back again to try some of the other items on their menu.

Service is no frills-- the waitresses are behind the counters most of the time and will come to check on you occasionally. We tried the blood sausage, YDJ, and beef short rib sullungtang! The soups were delicious, but the steamed blood sausage was a bit too gamey for my taste.

We ordered a natural mung bean juice and a natural pumpkin juice. Both were refreshing and not overly sweet. Highly recommend the pumpkin juice. For a side we got the galbi. Some of the fattiest, most tender and best marinated galbi I have ever had. Worth it. Our first entree was the soft tofu stew with beef brisket. The tofu was so fresh. The flavors were rich and delicious. I loved the bachan that came with it. The kimchi tasted fresh made. The macaroni salad tasted like apples were blended in with the mayonnaise. So sweet and refreshing. The other entree was a spicy seafood bibimbap. The egg on top was perfect. The seafood tasted fresh and a little briny. The crispy rice on the bottom gave it such a nice crunch. Great food and great service will make this your hidden gem Korean comfort food restaurant!

It offers a generous portion of tender, juicy meat and springy, fresh noodles. "DELICIOUS!!" I arrived at No. 1 Noodle House (Rowland Heights) on Sunday (around 11AM). Parking is easy. The lot is big with many spots. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, but Staff spoke limited English. Fortunately, pointing at the menu was clear enough. The food took eight minutes and nine seconds. Fast time! As mentioned, the Beef Rib Noodle Soup ($16.50 - Mild) is wonderful! It arrived picturesque and delicious!! However, despite ordering "mild," the food has a very strong heat; I sweat nonstop as I ate. The broth is rich, savory, and spicy. The meat is tender, flavorful, and falls off the bone. And the noodles are hefty, soft, and springy. It's a wonderful, euphoric combination of flavors and textures. Concerning ambiance, No. 1 Noodle House (Rowland Heights) is surprisingly spacious with its tall ceiling and relatively clean surroundings. However, its walls and furniture look worn down with time. Some seats even had torn holes. Unfortunately, the music uses radio with constant commercials playing in the background. Fortunately, there's a gender neutral restroom in the back. Overall, I found culinary magic at No. 1 Noodle House (Rowland Heights). The food is fresh, generously portioned, and well-prepared. I left full with a bright smile. If you enjoy spicy beef noodle soup, this is a must-try! 5 out of 5!! "GO!!"
