The staff was beyond friendly and gave very clear instructions. The trains were running about 20 minutes behind but the kids were running around, petting animals, playing on the playground. A lot of things to see even in the dark. The train ride was very magical for them. Most legit looking Santa I've seen in a while! Each family (only four cars on the train) had time to take pictures. Free cocoa by the fire, while waiting for the train to come back, was perfect!

You can tell the chickens are happy as they are roaming around free. It is so easy to access. The big cooler is out near the road so it is easy to pull over on the way home from work and pick some up. There is a jar there to leave payment. The eggs are bright yellow and healthy looking. The price is way better than whole foods and these are definitely local. I am happy to pay for the quality you get and just experience of getting my eggs right from the farm.

I recently visited for dinner - I"m single and always request a two-top so I don't take away from the server turning-over tables. My most recent visit I had the pleasure of being served by Rachael. Not only was the food and drink just what I expected, but the service, friendly personality, beaming smile and her presence was great. She was running all night at 100mph, but took the time to make me feel like her only customer. Whomever hired her needs to find another dozen! Service like this is why I am, and will be a repeat customer. Food is priced fairly, drinks are substantial, the servers are very knowledgeable about wine parings and present the drinks as the professionals they are.

Not sure if it is a ploy to have you buy something or what. Service after that was amazing from Maryanne. The food description on the menu looked amazing and it look nice coming out but the flavors were a miss. The chicken potstickers were like anything I could thaw from Sam's Club. One side was browned and the other two soggy and cool. The Italian sausage and burrata flatbread tasted of nothing but pesto. We are pesto fans but not to overpower all the other possible flavors. The grilled Asian Prime Skirt steak was tough and short on flavor. There were more cold vegetables and cabbage than rice. The ginger rice was cool and not ginger like at all. Very beautiful building with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

They give guided tours and have special programs throughout the month. I'm not sure if they offer it anymore, but they used to have Craft Night on Thursdays where you could bring in your quillwork, beadwork, or whatever and hang out. There are two rooms to the center, one educational room where lectures are given, then the art gallery that features traditional art and contemporary art from Native Americans.
