I started working with Alvaro when he was recommended to modify my home loan which he did aside from all the tedious details that most agents do not want to take on. Since then he has helped me find buy or sell a total of six properties and has provided countless and I mean countless hours on information, work and support besides those in the transactions at no additional charge. He has also helped my brothers with numerous transactions and I'm sure they would agree with me. Aside from being a great and knowledgeable real estate agent Alvaro brings a personal touch to every transaction by putting himself in my shoes and looking at the big picture and all the factors that apply. He is by far the most hard working and knowledgeable person that I know when it comes to personal, investment or commercial real estate, or anything for that matter. If you're looking for an agent or advisor I guarantee Mr. Bautista is your guy!

I met Andres while he was presenting at a First Time Homebuyer's course in February. I was extremely impressed with his expansive knowledge and knew I wanted him to represent me. He acted swiftly when I called him about a property I was interested in and began engaging with the seller's agent right away. I knew immediately I had made the right decision. As the process went on, Andres was always available to answer my questions. There was a point where we were vacationing in different countries, and he still never failed to make sure I knew exactly what was going on! The transaction and sellers were difficult, and he helped me navigate every up and own. I am very pleased with the way he represented me, and I feel confident that I was able to get the best deal possible. Andres also provided guidance and support well beyond the purchase itself. He connected me with professionals for inspections, financing, escrow, and insurance, which made the process a lot smoother than if I had tried to find them on my own. He was always in contact with everyone who was working on the transaction and was continuously relaying information to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Andres to anyone in search of a top-notch real estate agent. I have high standards and I would 100% work with him again, no hesitation. I am now the proud owner of my first home, and I couldn't have done it without him. Thank you, Andres!

Alex stood out among the others, his personality and attitude are genuine and he loves what he does and it shows. He was very responsive whenever we needed answers, and was always updating us on the status of our home sell. He takes great pride in what he does, his marketing plan is excellent and the pictures he takes are of great quality including the drone aerial photographs that he provided. This is our second home sold in the last 5 years and Alex made the process stress free, his estimated value of the home was very accurate. We listed our home in June and a few days later we had a few offers, 30 days later our home was sold for full price. My wife and I are tremendously thankful, we could now move closer to her family in Utah. When we originally started looking at properties in Southern California, we weren't really sure…read morewhat we wanted or if we were even going to ultimately decide to relocate. I was worried about working with an agent because I knew I was still figuring stuff out -- and I really don't like to feel pressured (or to waste anyone's time). There are no words to describe how happy I am that we decided to work with Morgan! We set out expectations from the beginning -- budgets and the fact that we weren't sure what we were looking for -- and he was so incredibly patient and helpful. Throughout the long process, he was always there to help and very responsive. He helped us navigate a very tough market and I felt very confident with all the information he was providing us. We ultimately ended up finding our dream home -- or rather Morgan found it for us -- it was a house that had just come back on the market that we hadn't even seen yet. He set everything up so we were able to see it as soon as possible, and we ended up putting in an offer. Throughout the negotiation, his assistance was truly invaluable. Here are the reasons I would recommend working with Morgan: - There is no pressure, he is beyond helpful and really listens; - He is very responsive -- any information you need, even if he doesn't know he will find the answer for you - He is kind and very professional - each open house we attended he spoke to the agents and got us all the information we needed Again, I don't really have the words to express how happy I am that we ended up working with Morgan to find our home -- hopefully this review is helpful!

His ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved, and his character to always have the best interests of his clients allowed us to build trust and score a competitive home at a fair market value in south Orange county. Prior to working with Morgan, I had worked with three different realtors in my search for the perfect home. There were times when I felt my realtors were pushing me to purchase based on their own personal agendas. I can confidently say this is not the case when working with Morgan. Morgan went above and beyond to let me know the many concerns he had about the properties that we looked at in person. During the escrow process, Morgan was not afraid to ask for what seemed to be reasonable. Morgan negotiated a fair deal with both the seller's realtor and my loan officer. We felt like a team as we were not afraid to walk away from the deal if necessary. This saved me tons of stress from the fear of getting taken advantage of. Overall, I had a positive experience working with Morgan. I do believe that Morgan could have stay even more active in communication with all parties involved and pushed moving the escrow process faster. As Morgan's career advances and becomes one of the best in the real estate industry, I only wish him the best and I definitely look forward to working with him again.
