I was pushed very hard despite my telling them it hurt extremely badly and that I had very bad arthritis where they were insisting I just wasn't trying hard enough. I would leave and cry on my way back to work (and take 5 Aleve to get through the rest of the day). I ended up with bad inflammation in the ankle and had to go through 3 more months of rehab (with a different company who were wonderful). My ankle got so, so much better with the other therapy company. It isn't completely right but it is unlikely it will ever be. The other therapy company actually listened to me, unlike Benchmark.

I was assigned Heather Scrimpshire, NP and found her to be very cold, not understanding, and I felt very dismissed by her. After trying to make it work for many months, I was forced to find another doctor. This review only applies to Heather Scrimpshire and not to the wonderful nurses like Jaime Collins and the people who work in the lab department. I do not recommend this practice at this time.
