Lukejohn avoids calls, doesn't call back, doesn't provide updates and doesn't deliver on promises. I mean, a simple google search on the guy should tell you all that you need to know when two of the first things that pop up are his mugshot and a breach of contract lawsuit. Sad excuse of a "business", so frustrating and really disappointing. The worst part is my parents are the ones dealing with this company. The kitchen and master bath were supposed to be finished by Labor Day 2024, it was then pushed back to thanksgiving 2024 and the kitchen was barely useable then. The master bath was completed may 9th and the kitchen is STILL not done. 90% of the cost of the cabinets was paid in October in preparation for delivery and they still don't have the finished cabinets. A year ago they were so excited about their new house and since then, they have been constantly let down by this company and it has turned their excitement of starting a new chapter of life in a new home into a complete nightmare. Finally, my mom asked me to call Lukejohn as a last resort after trying to get ahold of him for days/ weeks. And guess what...he answered the phone! When I told him who I was he rudely told me he was out of town and busy and someone would be reaching out that day. They then gave them a July 1st date, which has since turned into August 4th. incredibly pathetic.

The last three months they have brought me through a service NIGHTMARE. They sold me a mirror + shipping online and after the fact sold it to someone else in store instead. They then proceeded to lie about it until I finally got them to agree to order me a new mirror and take ownership for their mistake. Nine weeks later and I followed up on the order only for them to refund my money with no explanation as to what went wrong and again, they have flagged my calls and ignored all my emails. Truly sickening that a company can treat their customers this way. Avoid at all costs.

Moises responded within minutes, was extremely accommodating with scheduling an estimate, and already had a contractor pass for our neighborhood gate. To make things even better, he happened to be working in our area (HHI) that same afternoon and offered to stop by after he wrapped up his current job. I couldn't believe my luck and crossed my fingers that it wasn't too good to be true. A few hours later, Moises texted to let me know he was about ten minutes away--which I really appreciated--and assured me he was comfortable with dogs (a relief since we have two large ones). He impressed me right away: warm, genuine, and highly knowledgeable. He naturally presented himself as confident in his abilities without being the least bit presumptuous--the kind of quietly confident professional who makes you feel right away that you're in good hands. His bid was also significantly lower than the two others I received, included more work done, and was going to be completed much sooner. I've noticed with other local car wash facilities that after about 6 months they tend to go downhill (vacuums stop working, not fully stocked, etc.) This car wash is amazing -- exactly like the day it opened! The staff does such a great job at the entrance. They use a soft brush to clean the front, sides and back of your car before you actually enter the wash. The vacuums are pretty powerful with several options. They always have towels in stock. Their glass cleaner works wonders. I've been paying a little extra, getting the $20 wash, and it's really been helping with the terrible pollen. I highly recommend this place!

The attendants took their time scrubbing these unwanted passengers off our car before sending us through. Car came out looking great and we couldn't have been happier.
