ASTOUNDING!!! Why? I called and reached him immediately. I explained that a guest sat on my beloved…read moresofa and I distinctly heard a Crack" !! I just knew without a doubt that I would need to replace an expensive sofa. We set up an appointment so he could examine the piece and make a determination and provide an estimate of damage. He called prior to confirm and promptly arrived ready to work. He THOROUGHLY EXAMINED all aspects and explained what it may have been. Long story short, a pencil !! Lol!! He could have very well charged me and I would NOT have been the wiser!!! Dealing with many contractors over the last 6 months that have blatantly overcharged, disappeared and/or work that was not up to standards of a novice it was refreshing to find HONESTY!! I scheduled a cleaning of the sofa and chairs and I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Also, noting he came with his mask and cleaned up the area he opened to inspect the furniture. You DO NOT FIND THIS ATTENTION to detail ANYMORE! I will be referring his company for any and all furniture repairs from this day foreword. He also repairs leather and car seats. If In need of repairs this is the first and only call you will need!!! THIS is your GUY!! Courteous and professional.

I posted online for suggestions on how to get the smell out but nothing worked. I had decided it was a lost cause. Today I received a phone call from Mr. Culver who said he realized they had cleaned this rug and he wanted to make it right. He will be picking it up and doing his best to get the smell out of it. I have never had customer service like this. I am so grateful for his willingness to try even though it has been quite a while since the first cleaning. Beware! Avoid this company at all costs!! Trust me--you are better to go somewhere, anywhere…read moreelse! I would give them no stars if possible. We needed carpet for our livingroom and was hoping to find something that matched the existing carpet in our bedrooms. I didn't have a lot of time to shop around because we were moving and had to get the carpet replaced before we had all our belongings delivered. I was able to find the matching carpet at Eckard and was quoted over $3500 for carpet for just the one room. I thought this was pretty ridiculous but again, didn't have time to shop around so went with them. I paid approx $2700 for the down payment and then they said they would contact me to schedule installation. It took them over two weeks to schedule the installation and then didn't show up on the original schedule date because they weren't finished on another job. We had to go ahead and have our belongings delivered before they finally showed up the next week. When they did show up the guy was late. Then around lunch time he said he was going to lunch and never showed back up! The next day I called the store to find out what was going on and was told he had to go make corrections to another job. No one bothered to call us and let us know so my husband who had taken off work for him to be there sat and waited all afternoon and lost wages as a a result! Their carpet installer finally came back a couple of days later and "finished" the carpet installation. He left a mess with scraps of carpet everywhere. We realized he had carpeted over floor outlets and had not properly tightened the carpet down in one corner where there is now a large bump. When they called for the remaining payment I told them I wasn't paying anything until they fixed our concerns. Almost 6 months passed without a word and then they contacted me again for the remaining $800 balance. I told them I wasn't paying a cent until they came back and fixed their errors. Well fast forward another month to this week....I get a letter from a law office saying they are going to sue me if I don't pay the remaining balance. We are not paying them anymore money for a horrible carpeting job, horrible customer service, and now threats from a law office. They did a terrible job, never fixed their errors and expect us to pay them. Its crazy. What an awful company. Unless you like to pay too much for carpet, enjoy guessing when it might actually be installed and aren't worried about taking time off work subsequently losing wages while you wait around for it to be completed, don't care about the quality of work, and enjoy law office threats, then take my advice and get your flooring from someone else!!

Kirill made the pick-up experience extremely easy. We reviewed what needed to be done, including completely replacing the fringe that had deteriorated on a rug I brought back from Kathmandu several years ago. When he dropped the two rugs off a few weeks later, I couldn't have been happier. The large Oriental looked as good as it did the day I purchased it. The Nepalese rug was also spotless, and the new fringe was absolutely beautiful. The workmanship was incredible. I could not have asked for a better job. I chose then over the others because they followed up and followed through…read more Took the time to answer questions, never gave me pressure but followed up to see if I had questions on the quote etc. Their crew was professional and on time. They did a fabulous job. I had all my upstairs carpet replaced with flooring and I couldn't be happier. We did the project a year ago and the floors still look brand new. I wanted to put down a different floor but the owner convinced me this would be the better route for dogs and kids, and it was the same price. And he was right! I have 3 large dogs and 2 young kids and you would never know it. Floors have held up beyond my expectations- again, they still look brand new!
