Every time we go which is once per month we get seen with the best care possible. I do not ever feel uncomfortable during or after an adjustment. This facility is NOT like many others. They DO NOT schedule to come 3 times a week then 2 and have physical therapy. They do not "crack you" like many other places. My biggest issue with going to other chiropractor places was the neck twisting and the twisting of the body. Carol does NOT do that. She has a tool that looks like a mini hand held pogo stick. You feel nothing. I recommend this to so very many people. Chiropractic care makes your body feel better. She takes the time to ask what is bothering you and works to make it better.

A coworker talked me into going to see Dr. Jim as he didn't follow the "cracking" method, approximately 10-12 years ago. I had never seen the AK method, nor had I heard of it so I was completely skeptical with him at my first visit. We'll, all I can say is....IT WORKS! I am still amazed with all of the new tests that he tries on you to make sure you are good to go before leaving his office. He really takes the time with you and cares. I have moved over the years and tried a couple of chiropractors that have been closer in proximity to me, but I have to say they are no comparison to Dr. Jim...he is worth the trip!

I had been recommended to this practice as I was told they had a different approach. In order to be seen I had to give up all my visits with my current (walk in) doctor in order to be seen and then I had to wait a few weeks for an appt. All fine, but then I had an injury the week of my appt so I figured I could deal until then as I would have had to self pay to see my previous doctor. I was re-injured the day before my scheduled visit only to have the visit cancelled due to office illness. Fine, it happens. I went to the ER because the pain was unbearable. I was hoping I would be fit in asap the following Monday or Tuesday as the appointment had been cancelled by the office not me. That certainly had been my experience any other office I have been involved with. I was very surprised to find out I could only bee seen 10 days later. This was after I had informed them that I had an active injury and had just been seen by the ER that night. I would think a delay of 10 days could cause potential further injury, they did not seem concerned in the least. I would just give it a thought if you are not in a position to have such delays in care. I am hoping this is just because I was a new patient and that established patients would be handled differently.
