The trip to Montevallo was inconvenient anyway, so I swapped. Dr. Mims is friendly and capable. He is able to work well with me and with my family. Even the kids enjoy visiting him. Other chiropractors seem intent on selling vitamins and supplements, almost as a condition of being treated, but the few things he has available for sale in the office are there for you to request, but I have never had them pushed on me. On a number of occasions, I have called as I was leaving work requesting a visit, and he always has agreed to wait until I could make it to his office. He is focused on treating every customer with the greatest of customer service.
