WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I'm a young African-American and one of the coworkers were being rude towards me. My older brother called to make a complaint and the owner apologized for it and said "She's retarded, she's bipolar and she's a volunteer." He proceeds to say "Well, you should watch who's servicing your customers because you can lose business" she then proceeds to yell and curse me out. From the 3 times I visited upon purchasing a puppy, I was nothing but respectful! Oh, and before I left she told me F*ck you!!! I wouldn't recommend this place at all! I got my little Bentley today! He is the cutest little scruffster you ever wanna meet! He is a Bea-tzu! I went in looking for a teddy bear! I thought I knew what I wanted to get based on previous companions. Welp. I was wrong. I called the store the day before going and spoke to a very nice lady! When I went in, the lady was kinda.... I don't really know the word. Maybe tired? Fed up? I'm not sure, but had it not been for little Bentley I would have walked right on out. But he kept drawing me in with those fat beagle eyes and the Shih Tzu hair. He came when I called him. He sat on command and just won my heart. I am very under the weather and shouldn't have even been out. But I promised the lady on the phone yesterday I would be in when my husband got off from work. He got off late but decided to bring me today. Soo... this lady was in with her little girl, as little kids are they want to play with every single pup in the place. And it's good for the pups to have interaction. Well this lady proceeded to tell me after the lady left she knew she wasn't going to buy anything. So she snatched the pups from the little girl and put them up. When I told the lady ok, I'm ready, she was blown away. She said, "I had no idea you were even going to buy anything." Well, I am not gonna come in and waste my time playing with pooches I don't want to have. She kept trying to sell me on a hava-Pom which was as cute as he could be but I'm not the type of person too have a little yapper in my home 24/7. So I found one that had the temperament I needed for my family. Any way. She said she just KNEW I wasn't going to buy anything and said that's why she sat on her phone looking through it. She wasn't wasting her time and kept commenting on what time they closed and so forth. Well if I wasn't dead set on this little guy that looked like he was saying "please take me with you!" I would have left out of there and never looked back. Customer service can make or break an experience. And hers really sucked! All I know is I wish I would have met the nice lady that was on the phone with me the day before who has a sister with my name! Tara. I think her name was Suzanne. Anyway. I would not recommend this place so long as that lady is in. But if Mrs Suzanne is in stop by. The pups seem to be in excellent heath and they have a good warranty, the place is decent. And the prices are great. I hope she was just having a bad day and this isn't the norm. Anyway. I'm just glad to have my Little guy home with me! Found this store purely by accident online. Wanted a Yorkshire Terrier, which they had two to choose from, so I called immediately only to find out that they were closed on Mondays. Owner responded by allowing me to enter l/2 hr before opening at Noon on Tuesday. I immediately felt at ease because the urgency was taken off my back. I live in Chicago and all I can say is "THIS IS A GREAT SURPRISE FIND." And so worth the trip. Their puppies are top quality. When I said I bought a dna and want my money back she blocked my numbers goood thing I paid by cc . I told her I would want my full 856 plus the 79 for dna testing and told her to come get her dog as I'm allergic to chihuahua and rat terrier which is what was sold as a pure Jack Russell .
