Had (2) 15 min or less calls with Julie. My Family law case is full of fraud from my Ex and her family. Julie didn't want to hear about it. I was glad to have Adam Brower spearhead his team to represent me on my case. He achieved the best results in my case. All the attorneys I spoke with were knowledgeable. I had contacted a total of nine attorneys. But Adam left the best impression of all of them. It felt as though he would acutally fight for me in court. To ensure I was picking the right attorney, I decided to meet Adam personally. The office and staff was presentable and professional. After meeting with Adam I knew he was the right Attorney to represent me. I decided to bring my family with me to my meeting with Adam.At this meeting Adam was great to my family and I, especially my children. This was very important to me, because this case could have personally affected me and my family. Almost immediately Adam erased any lingering doubts I had about his having too many cases to deal with me personally, or being overconfidant despite his good record. Although Adam was very busy, he was accomdating and made sure that he was reachable at all times. His staff and attorneys were on top of their communications with me regarding all urgent info or immediate changes. They were methodical and attentive. There were times that I was worried about my case. Whenever I became distressed I was able to speak with Adam either over the via text, email, or over the phone. Knowing that the team at Banks and Browers was on my case I was always reassured, and was able to sleep easily. I am really grateful that my case is over and that I had a great team working on my side.

If you want attorney's…read moreto call you back or care about your case or put forth the effort, this is not the place to hire an attorney. They charged us over 12,000 dollars to literally bear zero fruit in helping us in our case. Very misleading star reviews on Google. They charge you an excessive amount of money every time you text through their app or call on the phone past 6 minutes. They misinformed us about documentation, did not defend our position, never called back, and treated us poorly for questioning their actions. I highly recommend you find a different place to hire an attorney if you want someone to care about helping you defend your case. I have many words to discuss, but there is not enough time to break down every meticulous issue my family has had to endure and suffer due to this law firm.

Deeply Disappointing Experience - Proceed with Caution…read more My oldest sister solely and secretively engaged attorney Chris Jeter for estate planning, expecting fairness and professionalism for my parents who didn't even make the request. Instead, the documents he produced placed one sibling (my sister) in sole control of everything (trustee, executor, power of attorney, health care decisions) while sidelining the others. This structure ran completely counter to my parents' clearly stated wishes for equal treatment among their three children. Even more troubling, Jeter continued with a meeting despite my father (who is 90 years old) twice stating he did not want to proceed. That total disregard for my father and mother left us with the impression that one sibling's agenda was prioritized over our parents' actual voice not to mention borderline elder abuse and coercion. My father was angry when forced into a Zoom meeting by Jeter, my sister and her second husband. The documents he created also contained red flags: "Gift equalization" language that could be used to reclassify legitimate loans as gifts. Waivers of bond and reporting, removing normal safeguards and accountability. No checks or balances, essentially consolidating all authority into one person's hands. Estate planning should protect families and reflect the true intent of the clients. In our case, these drafts would have increased conflict and stripped away fairness. I was so concerned by his conduct that I filed a complaint with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. I cannot recommend this attorney and urge others seeking balanced estate planning to look elsewhere.

I am happy to leave this review, having just finalized my divorce with the help of this fine firm,…read morespecifically, Attorney Melissa Avery. My case was very hard and had been long and drawn-out, but she was able to bring things to a long-awaited close. She, and her staff, were available for my questions, and to make sure I always knew where I was in the process; as I had been with another attorney prior to her that left me in the dark, this was a gift to me. Any court proceedings or dealings with the judicial system are emotional and confusing for someone like me, and she made the process something I could deal with. We were able to get thru the event without going to court, which saved me money and a lot of heartache, and for that I'm grateful. Mediation was the route we took, but, Melissa was ready to go to court if necessary. I feel she fought on my behalf and ultimately that was what I needed in my lawyer. I felt I had lost in the marriage but I did not walk away feeling like a loser thanks to this firm and the whole staff. Nobody wins in a divorce, in my opinion... But, a good lawyer can help you end things as fairly as possible.

I was recommended through a school friend Ryan Johnson to Attorney Nick Lavella. Nick and his paralegal thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which greatly eased the anxiety I had through this two year process. They also sent me reminders about updates as I do have some memory issues from my disability. Additionally, as our administrative hearing became closer they spent hours of their time working with me on prep. Thusly, I felt prepared when the hearing finally happened. Although I had pretty low chances of winning, due to being under 50 the finding was favorable, and I am unbelievably relieved. This win will allow me to have a better quality of life and take care of my young children without great stress. I cannot over recommend the Social Security disability portion of Keller and Keller. Thank you so much Nick and Theresa Diaz!! Although they do take a chunk, the federal government puts a cap on how much the law firm gets so you don't have to worry about the value aspect. It was worth the money. I'm so glad I didn't give up and spent the money to hire an attorney. Great investment! Do yourself a favor even when it gets hard and keep fighting! It can be worth it.
