I mean, it counted right (because I double-checked prior to insertion) but it just was so slowwwwwww. I liked that this was a contactless ATM - I had my Apple Watch and had never used it to use these ATMs, but this part made things super simple to start the transaction off right.

She asked Carrie several times for help to which the first time Carrie responded " what does the check say?" Several minutes later Mirrandia asked again for help - Carrie says " do 1 at a time. Which 1 customer asked her if she liked it here- Carrie responded - yeah there's plenty of room for advancement and its close to home. Still standing her with Miranda struggling. Asked another associate for help but with no end result. While standing at the window for 30 minutes I was privy to the Branch manager having a conversation with " Chris" the receptionist- it was initially entertaining until it wasnt. Tabitha is the branch manager- she would be celebrating her anniversary soon - and she will be going to Rhode Island - not sure if Rhode Island was where she was celebrating, anyway. Probably 20 minutes into my visit to the branch. Oh yeah - customer told Tabitha she looked like she lost weight- Tabitha responded - I've gained a few pounds - Rice Krispy treats go down like water. Miranda asked another teller for help - Marie- she had been cleaning her work station- and again totally oblivious that I had been there for 25 minutes now-told Chris- the receptionist she would need numbers for the override- Chris said if your numbers don't work neither will mine-At this point I asked for the branch manager- was told she was out to lunch. When Tabitha did arrive 30 minutes into my adventure- she said she knew what to do - I had been in the pervious week - it was not as entertaining as this incident . I don't know do you think this is worthy of any stars? In a nut shell there where plenty of employees on staff to assist- Nobody cared that I was there for 30 minutes. Please look at the video- this is not an exaggeration. During my adventure there were literally at most- 5 customer transactions during my stay. May 3 was the transaction date - I believe I arrived at 11:45 ish and departed 12:18. Gotta see it to believe it !!!!!!!!

From Vince to Liz and now Brandi; everyone in the group is amazing. Over the years in business together some have asked me why I chose a smaller regional bank for my businesses, family and other personal needs. Well now the shutdown has led to the need for gigantic assistance with the government loans and the neigh sayers are still waiting for the "too big to help" banks. Unfortunately, many of our good small businesses locally are suffering as these giants are protecting themselves and forgetting about the small and mid size businesses. Instead, Jim and his crew have made it their mission to assist the region. Do your research and you will find that these loans give little profit to the bank and come with tons of work (probably why your big boy banks are refusing to help you) My recommendation to you is to switch all of your business to Rhinebeck Bank. The short term consideration you give them will be repaid ten fold with a level of service and commitment you will never find with those too big to care organizations. Lann Rubin II
