I was weepy, because my toddler and puppy were being separated for the first time - Denise reassured us, and said text anytime! We got pictures and updates our whole trip, and when our pick up time had to be moved because we got stuck in traffic, it wasn't a big deal. The little boarding report card was adorable, and because our pup has nervous/excitement pees, Denise referred us to a trainer/dog psychologist that might be able to help. Our other dogs, boarded other places, have come home with cuts, ticks, smelling bad, or almost all the food we sent - this is the first time we haven't had anything to remedy once we got home. They were very rude to me over the phone when I tried to explain my living situation. However apparently according to them I don't have a place of residency, and we don't own our home. They do not value the dogs finding a forever home like they claim. When I had the meet and greet with the dog, I picked out which was a Siberian Husky Mix, I even told them that I already went shopping for the dog's necessities. Their staff also is unprofessional and has poor response time as I waited a week to hear back from a staff member after I had already been there and contacted them on various occasions regarding my application in which I had to leave a voicemail even during their regular business hours.
