Two guys mostly making sure you pay and don't take, but they're kind of rude when you ask a question about something. They answer in a tone like you should have known. I have purchased a garment once but never really wore it. The stitching is misleading and on the hanger it lays nicely but on a person it's tight in the underarm and balloons out in the front. If you don't care about that, then go for it. The earrings are cheap and made in third world countries. Most of the backings are bent out of shape. There are also signs posted on the walls that you cannot try them on. So, I recommend holding it up to about where it would sit on your ear and look in the mirror to see if you like it enough to drop some $. The bracelets and necklaces are cheap as well. They have scarves too, but I recommend buying a scarf from one of the street vendors on 37th Ave near 74th Street. Better quality and price. The other thing to note is that this shop is inside of the subway station and if you want to go just there and nowhere else you have to pay the Subway fare just to go shopping, whereas other shops above ground are free to get to. And lastly everything is not returnable and some things are not exchangeable. Happy shops!

The stuff is cute, but there are about a hundred stores in the city that sell the same items for a better price. They must have a big problem with shoplifting because at least three of the staff were patrolling the aisles and watching customers like a hawk. They sell the $60 Labubus so the store was busy, but half the customers put them back on the shelf when they saw the price. I'd say this is a cute place to look at if you're nearby, but do your research on more reasonable options in the city before you spend your money here.

The place is clean and generally better maintained than some of the messy places that are only a block or two away. I tend to come by here every so often to pick up a lottery ticket and peruse the nice collection of magazines they have. Most mini stores in the area won't have such a diverse collection of reading material (newspapers, foreign mags, etc.) but the price they pay is a smaller inventory for things like food or toiletries of which they have very little.
