When my mom arrived there, they sat her in a room for three hours and she couldn't even get a cup of water. I've never in my 52 years ever heard my mom cry, broke my heart. When I arrived yesterday to pick up my mom, there was an elderly woman in a wheelchair chair asking ME to help her. The woman at the front desk overheard and said the woman was waiting for her therapist. I was there for an hour and when we left the poor woman was STILL waiting. Sad
