That fact that right after she left I felt the need to still clean my house is not okay! -Laundry room wasn't done, had cat littler all over the floor & washer/dryer covered is dust -baseboards not done -food on floor in kitchen -kitchen counters sticky & still had pieces of food on them. -not vacuumed, carpet pieces & wet cat hair clumps all over the house from where the carpets were cleaned but obviously not vacuumed before hand -rings on dinning room table -rings still on stove top -ring in toilet still -pieces of trash easily picked up by vacuum still all over house -dust everywhere -soap scum still in master bathroom shower -sticky tile floors The few things that were done, were things I do daily in my house, and was not what I had thought I was paying for. When I had notified Michelle that I had cancelled the check and was dissatisfied with the services she was very unprofessional, and tried to guilt me into paying her, and blaming me for it. While I do not know anything about her husbands services, I do not recommend her cleaning services to anyone, and will not be using her in the future. Disclaimer: my house is not a disgusting mess! I keep my house clean, I just needed some help because I no longer have the help of my other half here, so have not been able to find the time!

There are bathrooms and large doors to enable vendors and caterers plenty of room (these caterers actually cooked on the street and passed the food in to a long table). The courtyard had enough character to require very little decoration and had enough room for about 100 chairs for the ceremony, a bar run from a retro Airstream, several cocktail tables, and a dance floor. In the actual working warehouse, the venue had permitted a sweetheart table set-up and I believe the couple had some of their pictures taken here. It was fantastic smelling too! Now, if you know anything about Savannah and you looked at the address, you probably already know the downside. If you're not familiar with Savannah, let me just say it isn't the best area in town, and Savannah's "not best" areas can be pretty bad. Our hosts planned ahead and hired armed security, which I was very grateful to see and should definitely be part of any budget for a wedding held here. Nifty, off the beaten path venue with lots of character!

They offered to dig through all of their selection to help find the perfect pieces for me and called me back in a couple of hours to tell me they had several picked for me to choose from. The roof needed some repair along with alot of other deferred projects such as windows, and some wood rot in various areas. Charlie really came thru for me, he did the Glazing on many windows which were in need, Roof repairs were made and ive been trouble free since. He painted the entire deck area and did wood rot repair as well.
