    We've found our forever car service!…read more Five-star ratings don't come easily, but this business has definitely earned it. From start to finish, the personalized attention to detail, and stellar customer service blew us away! First service-Our driver, Julie, arrived promptly at 5:25 for our 7:25 am flight. She was well-dressed in her uniform and engaged in light-hearted conversation with us. Return flight- To our surprise, the owner, Reginald, personally met us in baggage claim, loaded up our luggage, and escorted us to our ride. He was also well-dressed and very engaging. The cars- We had an opportunity to preview two different vehicles during our trips. The first was a black Chevrolet Suburban and the second was a Cadillac Sedan. Both were clean, well-appointed, and definitely fit the bill in terms of luxury cars. The water and mints were also a nice touch In a world where customer service is hard to come by, it's nice to experience true excellence. I highly recommend!

Toyia provided me with an ETA before her early arrival. They were on top of my day's agenda (I had at least 4 different places to go to in a span of 8 hours) and I never had to remind them where the next stop was. Clean car and very reliable/friendly. Absolutely would use them again next time if I need a car service in town & will highly recommend to friends/family. Thank you both!

More than enough room in the back for 6"3' husband. An added benefit of riding in this cute little car was that its ecofriendly. :-) The driver was early and very polite. He tries to turn things around and blame us. I will include quotes from his messages, and if you want just message me and I can forward you the entire messages too so you can personally see what kind of person he is, how he treats his customers, and judge for yourself. We just booked a ride to the airport and have no reason to lie but he is deluding himself into thinking that we are making false accusations and are lying. Why would we do that? Why would we lie? I booked a ride for my wife in Oct., they did not show up at the PICK UP TIME so I called them, they responded in an unfriendly manner, they showed up late, the driver was unfriendly, the driver CHARGED THE CARD WHILE IS WAS DRIVING in the airport which IS NOT SAFE. My wife asked for a business card to identify the driver, he claimed he did not have one. I wrote the review in Feb. The owner contacts me asks for info and offers a free ride. I reply that I am not interested in the free ride because they were rude on the phone and I would rather not deal with rude people. I tell him this was in Sept. 2014 (I was wrong, I wrote the review 4 months after the event, it was Oct.). He then messages me saying that I have to give him my card number to prove that this actually happened or he is going to assume that it did not happen and ask to remove it from yelp (which he can't do but I humor him). He also offers twice the money back (which I doubted and he did not refund) for the info, I give him the info because he accused me of lying and I AM NOT A LIAR, MY WIFE IS NOT A LIAR, WE HAVE NO REASON TO LIE. First the owner admits that I actually am a customer of his, LOL. Pick up time was 11:30 so I called and asked where he was. Dispatch contacted the driver at 11:38 and he finally showed up AFTER THAT. Owner replies: "Driver was contacted immediately as per our record dispatch spoke with him at 11:38 am. Based on computed time, it implies driver was in the neighborhood. Now your scheduled pickup time was at 11:30 am. So we are missing roughly 8 minute from (11:30-11:38) our record shows he was within your complex and there are two possibilities here. 1. He was already there waiting by your house or someone else or 2.Still looking for the correct address. If you did not see him at your address that leads us to the second option, which is plausible. because it happened before." He turns it around and assumes my wife didn't see him. What a joke, she was prepared and looking outside waiting for him. He brushes off the FACT that he was late and mistakenly assumes the dispatch contact time was the time he arrived which is FALSE. The driver was NOT FRIENDLY to my wife, he states "then why would your wife tip him 15%" I'll tell you why she tipped him, because she is a nice and shy person and not heartless. We try not to be rude to people so we tip even when service is bad. Why would we lie about the driver? Then he goes on to say that my wife was charged in the airport but the car was standing because geotagging shows the card was charged in the airport. No, you are wrong sir, MY WIFE WAS THERE, yes she was in the airport but the driver was still driving when he charged her. Guess what genius, geotagging does not indicate motion! And why would my wife lie about this? When she told me I found it ridiculous. He then says that it is very unlikely that the driver did not have a business card, implying that my wife is lying. I think this shows the driver did not want to be identified. His response to the driver being unfriendly and that he charged my wife while driving? He states that "your accusation is merit-less based upon their records". Wrong, you are making INCORRECT ASSUMPTIONS based off of your records. He also thinks that I am confusing his cab service with another one because I initially said this happened in September. I did not get a cab in September, I said that by accident because this happened last year and I did not remember the exact date. I have the records to show that we did not use any cab service in September. There was no other cab service. This is what he wrote: "Transportation took place in October not in September. Due to inconsistency it implies mostly likely we were the lucky ones to have one star for some other company's unprofessional act." NO, it was YOUR company that was unprofessional. And you are continuing to be unprofessional. I am just reporting the HORRIBLE SERVICE your company and you provided. Your response is defensive, passive aggressive and is trying to put blame on us. We cleared up the date and there was no other cab company. You are trying to delude yourself into thinking you are not at fault. Stop trying to turn your mistakes around and blame your customer.

He also videoed 17 minors to prove that we were "having fun". As all of this was disappointing we made the most of it. But then they refunded us $5 each. This is bad service and not worth the money in the slightest.

I decided last minute to book a limo to take my friends & I into Dallas for a 40th birthday celebration. The response was quick & the pictures sent to me for the vehicle seemed to be accurate to what arrived, however the details of the uncomfortable ride were left out. The "party bus" that arrived had no air conditioning & the sound system was busted so although music came out, it was distorted where primarily bass was heard along with a loud humming noise. The driver stated he had just gotten gas & turned the AC off but once we got going, it should cool off. That was a lie. It didn't work period & in fact it wasn't until we were already on the road that we noticed they had cut out part of a seat & installed a portable AC unit there. So it was obvious that they knew the AC was not working in the bus. In 100° weather we were drenched in sweat in no time & very uncomfortable. The portable unit did not produce enough cool air for that bus. I immediately told the driver we were unhappy/uncomfortable as well as I text the owner, Justin to explain the same. The driver said he would also try & reach out to Justin. Neither of us could reach him at all the entire evening. Although the driver was very kind, he smelled of marijuna & when I mentioned that it smelled like that & asked if he was "having a little fun with it?" his response was that he was trying to have fun, yes. We began to not feel safe with this driver as it was possible he was under the influence & had been texting while driving. At the end of the ride I explained I would not be paying anything additional to what I had paid already, until I spoke with the owner. The following day Justin & I discussed my experience where he lied stating at first he knew of the bus' AC problems & told his driver to give us the option to not take it once he arrived (instead of the professional option of letting me know at the time of booking or even before the arrival on day of pick up) but the driver did not. At the end of the conversation with Justin, he stated his mechanic told him the AC was working so he didn't realize there was an issue until I text him that evening. He also offered a discount for the awful experience stating he "just needed me to pay something towards the cost of gas & to tip the driver for him to send back to his mother in Mexico." So I sent a second payment totaling what he asked of me per our phone conversation, this is after I received a text at midnight demanding I pay immediately or he would file charges & that he had to stop people from "shooting up my house" after I didn't pay the previous night. I thought my debt to him was paid per our phone conversation but several days later I received a letter in the mail demanding more money or he would be filing charges against me & that I may not have liked the services provided but I was still obligated to pay them, so the discount was no longer being offered. Additionally Justin accused me of being worried for my safety because he is black & not because of his text verbiage mentioning shooting up my house. I didn't even know he was black, I've never met him. Absurd treatment in this whole situation that was just meant for a simple fun limo ride, turned into a horrible, uncomfortable & unsafe experience. I originally was not going to write a bad review because Justin offered me the discount to make up for the awful experience but since that was another one of his lies & it's now clear that money is more important than repeat business or happy customers, or even standing by his word of offering a discount, I've chosen to give into his demands/threats & pay the full price to avoid having charges filed against me or harmful actions to me or my family since he knows where I live & has already made threatening verbiage via text to me. However, I do hope this review helps others to avoid this horrendous treatment & I honestly cannot fathom how a company can stay in business with this unprofessionalism.
