Simply taking my commissions for all of my policies, and offering no other value. I am actively looking for a new agency as I've been a customer of Stallings for many years and yet I can't get a return call, a return text, or return email any timely manner. My homeowners insurance premium has gone up by several hundreds of dollars. I tried to get answers and they kept saying they would review my policies but no one ever has. They've been too busy and has switched me to different agents over and over. When I have an issue or claim to file, I guess I'm simply on my own. Which I have been handling on my own so literally what's the point. I guess my business is not important to this firm, which is great I'm happy to take it elsewhere. I've literally had trouble getting responses from them every time I needed something. So at this point, I will cut my losses and send my commissions to another agency who actually values my business. Hopefully when you consider working with them, make sure you are someone they are willing to respect and work with. I'm clearly not their type of customer. I have refrained from posting a review about your company for YEARS. And I have all of the texts, receipts, emails, etc. And would be happy to share all the details on a full blog post about this farce of an agency. Your reply is a clear attempt to gaslight and appear to be reputable and competient. When in FACT, each interaction with your agency has been painful!!! What exactly are you here for? When I needed to add a new car to my policy, it took me FIVE attempts to hear back. When I asked to get my home owner's policy reviewed, YOUR agency scheduled an appointment but NEVER called. The woman said she got busy but never rescheduled. I HAVE THE EMAILS, so don't pretend! You are a farce. You spend time pounding on the makeup and running after new clients instead of servicing existing clients. CHECK my emails to your agency. HOW many???
