Aside from normal maintenance, I have been seeing Dr. Senft for pain I've had recently. A few months ago, I injured my back and felt pain down my sciatic nerve -- so much pain that at times, I could not walk! I made an appointment with Dr. Senft immediately and he took great care and patience in looking at my symptoms to examine the root cause of my pain. Subsequently, he put me on a treatment plan to get well and every visit thereafter I have shown significant improvement. Dr. Senft always takes the time to advise me on safe care and will patiently answer all my curious questions thoroughly. His front desk assistant, Dee Dee, is also always a pleasure to work with - she is cheerful and always greets you with a smile. I am not sure how she handles everything but that lady is a superwoman. The times I utilized Dr. Senft's service he was very thorough in evaluating the source of pain before manipulating my spin and neck. He explained where the source of the pain was coming from and how he could elevate it through treatment. When given stretches to do at home he provided a step by step tutorial. He also made sure before I left the office that I did the exercises correctly. Accepts insurance and easy to make appointments ahead of time. Although the scoliosis has stopped progressing, she complains about back pain especially now that she is walking to and from school. I took her to Expression Chiropractic (conveniently located across from my older daughter's high school) to see if they could help. I was immediately impressed with the sense of calm and serenity upon entering the office. I filled out paperwork in the cozy waiting room and then my daughter was seen. We were educated about the spine and proper spine health. We even learned the proper way to wear back packs (not the way my daughter was wearing hers). I watched as my daughter was given an exam and gentle adjustment. She felt better right away. I continued the level of care recommended and her back pain went away. Personally, I've never been fan of chiropractic as I've had a difficult time with the sounds of adjustments. I've had neck and back pain for so long the thought of manipulation feels scary. But after watching how gentle the adjustments with my daughter was, I decided I needed to see Dr. James for help. I am currently under Dr. James' care and am receiving pain relief after each visit. I actually look forward to my weekly appointment. We have a plan for a series of visits then an exam to check progress. I'm grateful Expression Chiropractic was able to help my daughter gently and quickly and remain hopeful I'll have similar results as well. I highly recommend Dr. James for anyone especially for those, like me, who are nervous about adjustments. Dr. James is knowledgeable, professional, and has a gentle touch. He actually focuses on correcting the issue instead of just giving temporary relief, which means I don't feel like I need to go every single week like I have with other chiropractors. He takes the time to understand what's going on and treats the root of the problem. I've noticed a real difference in how I feel after my visits. On top of that, his prices are very reasonable and he accepts most insurance, which makes it even easier to keep up with care when I need it. If you're looking for a chiropractor who genuinely helps fix the problem rather than just maintaining it week after week, I would definitely recommend Dr. Cipriano.

Its very unprofessional to speak bad to your customer about another Dr. Also, there was nothing to the visit- he put me on a table and rocked me back and forth, gave me a 5 min light massage. I am returning patient of Dr. Peterson aka Doc…read more I started my treatment with Doc back in 2006 & after my first visit treatment (post-consultation) I felt deepen relief. Relief for my severe stiffness in my Lumbar Spine aka Lower Back equating to the pesky L6 & L5 hinderances. Not to mention my right shoulder & hip flares up. Doing my part in weekly visits until leaving GA, my range motion increased & the stiffness/pain decreased, all with education, adjustments & no medication. Doc's patient care approach & light hearted engagement is bar none. Now that I'm back in town, it was a no brainer to resume care with Doc. His bandwidth on the correlation of the anatomy, chemical make up, neurology physiology & even the radiology aspect is profound. He doesn't "Doctor" you with the confusing terminology as he walks you through point A-Z on all things relief, stability, with getting to & addressing the underlying cause(s). Doc is also a specialist in Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care that focuses on the the first two bones in the neck - vertebrae. It's an enormous difference from the other bones of the spinal column. In addition to Doc's expertise & insight, I got to look at my 3-D Upper Cervical Spinal Analysis which provided an easier comprehension of the upper cervical region of my spine & how it connects to my back & it's hindrances. With this approach, it's an extensive benefit to acupuncture & massage therapy. If you want to reach optimum health & peak performance levels regardless of age, mobility, etc., with healthy drug free alternatives, Kindspine is for you.

He's brilliant, a true nerd about his craft, and just the most hilarious, charismatic, and thoughtful person. His practice even has a relaxing resting room you can use before and after your adjustments to mentally prepare for the amazing experience you're about to have. In 2022, I was diagnosed with relapse-remitting multiple sclerosis, and I was struggling with chronic pain, cramping, numbness, brain fog, and fatigue. I also have TMJ. I'd tried everything--medicine, acupuncture--but nothing was truly effective until I started seeing Dr. Kris. Since then, about 95% of my symptoms have been relieved. I'm so incredibly grateful for his care. This is by far the most effective way I've found to manage my MS symptoms. I will be a patient for life! I'd like to add that I just read his 1/2 star reviews and that's simply not true. The experience of having a chiropractor is that it takes time to see results and Dr. Kris explains this. He gives you a consultation with x rays before you commit to a large financial ask. We choose to trust that the medicine we take that we've never seen the science behind it at all. To be clear, I support taking medicine as needed but it's usually symptom treating. Dr. Kris promotes long lasting relief and actually says he doesn't want you to have to always come--that's the goal. Very different that my monthly MS infusion that I'm told I need to take for the rest of my life.
