Another Amazon shipping nightmare​, part supposedly shipped the 11 of May, never arrived by dates indicated on Amazon site. Contacted​ seller to inquire why the delivery​ date keeps getting pushed out. Was told I needed to provide my contact number so that a delivery​ appointment could be scheduled. (that was never stated before this email) Contacted the shipping company (ECHO) they had no information on my order and no orders addressed to my address, also stated the tracking number provided was incorrect. No calls from the seller, just useless email replies with no pertinent​ information and the questions I asked were never answered. Purchased tow mirrors from this company on ebay, they did not fit, the seller then tried to make me pay for return shipping.. after they received my return they lied & said the wires were damaged & only issued half refund, ebay had to step in & refund my full balance. Ordered a part from them via Amazon. It was a bad experience. Here's why: 1. Slow processing I ordered the part Thursday morning before Labor Day, and it wasn't shipped until the Tuesday after Labor Day. In my opinion, businesses should not take more than 2 business days to process an order. 2. Inaccurate shipping origin advertised On the Amazon product page, it said the part would ship from Illinois, but ended up being shipped from Chesapeake, VA. Considering I live near Seattle, that delayed the shipment by two days. Combined with issue #1, that meant I didn't get the part until nearly two weeks after I ordered it. 3. Wrong part shipped I installed this part in my car, only to realize after that they had sent me a cheap quality replacement instead of the one I actually ordered. When I contacted them for a refund, they insisted the part was a "quality aftermarket replacement" (though it quickly became obvious it was not), and initially offered only a 20% refund. It wasn't until after I filed a claim through Amazon that I received a full refund. Why not 1-star? They at least had a live customer support number, so I'll give them that much. read more

This company refuses to reimburse me the $63.50 for returning a muffler that did not fit my truck as per ebay policy. They sent me a return number, I paid the return freight and that was 40 days ago. Scams usually have multiple names throughout online marketplaces like these guys because when they get caught it doesn't affect their other sites.
