On Thursday, I learned that I needed a stage by Monday for a critical project with a major client, accompanied by last-minute creative changes. Tina from Hubble Studios was a lifesaver. Not only did she make Stage 1 available for us, but they also went above and beyond by working over the weekend to meet our equipment needs. I am a line producer in a creative agency and we have our own in-house production team, we often face last minute changes and rely on adaptable vendors. Hubble Studios performed a miracle for me, sourcing the required gear first thing Monday morning and providing a seamless "turnkey operation" for both gear and stage rental. Since the rain has been ongoing in LA, this is to warn that at least back in January during the heavy rain, the roof had MANY holes and water dripped and leaked throughout stages 1 and 2. Catch buckets had to placed throughout. I had boxes on the floor in stage 1 against the south wall that got soaked on the bottom and I only thought to check because by the end of the day (6pm), I could see water reflecting off the wall. It had puddled on the floor and if I hadn't checked, no one from the staff would have. Adding insult to injury--as I was furiously drying off my boxes with no offer of help, the staff guy said not to worry about running 15 minutes over, they wouldn't charge us. They're lucky they didn't damage electrical equipment and get sued. Beyond that, staff never seemed to check on bathroom supplies as they only left a small stack of paper hand towels (that are too big and wasteful), and I must've asked them to refill the stacks a half dozen times. If they at least added a cabinet with extras in the bathrooms, people could replenish it themselves. And there's no crew parking lot or kitchen sinks, but it does have a fridge in each building. read more

I love Hubble! I've had photoshoots and events in the space. I work with kids and there are plenty of support rooms for changing areas. I've had my launch parties in Stage 1 and parents can use the parking lot which makes it super easy (but there's only 10 spots). They typically handle my catering, too. Their rates are on a 10 or 12 hr day, so be prepared to show up with a huge shot list so you can get a lot done in one day. read more

Recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of Hubble Studio and booking here was a no brainer. The studio is immaculately clean and practices proper COVID-19 sanitation procedures. Posted throughout all the stages are signs to help remind everyone to keep their masks on and the staff even sanitizes the stages hourly. At over 5,000 square feet Stage 2 has the space to create what ever set you have in mind. Since the beginning of COVID studios have been hit or miss with the precautions they take but Hubble went above and beyond to make me feel safe. Found Hubble through my ex girl friend who left me for a rich arab guy name Mohammad. I'm then got link with the owner who is extreme in shape with an amazing 6 pack and a hot wife. He let me host my event there called "Single and ready to mingle" it was a smash! I had over 100 guest and had the best service. We hosted an event at Hubble Studio and we were nothing short from satisfied. The space is beautiful and manageable. You really could do so many different things with this venue. Besides the venue itself, Vince and Tina were very accommodating. They made sure that we had everything we needed before our event, during, and after. Along with the open space there was also a grand stage that worked out perfectly for our event. Not to mention the back stage setups with vanity mirrors and great lighting for filming. I recommend Hubble Studio to anyone looking to throw an event with a stage presence or filming/shooting. read more

Hubble is a nice, clean, studio with great style and amenties in the green rooms for clients. Great stage and cyc, a conference room, and a large area to do wardrobe. There were some weird small detail things that were unattended like no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Parking is a challenge if you're here on a Tuesday or Wednesday as those are street sweeping days. We also had one of our cars broken into that was parked on the street. Parking lot is also tight for grip trucks, but it's not impossible. The internet wifi connection is really terrible, we asked for it to be reset but it didn't help. We had a crew of about 30 people which is pretty normal for the size of the studio. We tested the bandwidth it was under 1 MB per second. We weren't able to stream music on our computers, or review videos on youtube or vimeo, which is kind of a huge deal when you're trying to run video shoot. read more
