Alright I made an account just to address this . I ultimately didn't go buy a vehicle from this place , best decision I could have ever made . I came to them 2 times hoping to buy a pickup truck . Honestly they didn't look to bad . Then I asked for a car fax .... The first time I got one the dealer told me the truck had no history and I will be happy with this truck . Received a car fax and the truck was in multiple accidents ... 1st red flag . I came back a second time for another truck because of the miles and the price . Asked for a car fax and it was blank . Took that same vin number to a buddy who works at another dealership and the truck had 12k worth of damages that wasn't reported on the car fax they gave me . So I started doing research , I went to multiple different mechanic shops and asked do they inspect vehicles from this place ..... let's just say I couldn't believe the horror stories , some mechanics straight up said they won't work on these vehicles . You can get lucky but why risk it with them is exactly what I was told . I talked to 3 different shops with no affiliation and I promise you they told me stay TF away . Also one shop in particular knows the whole scam on why the prices are the way they are and why they look half decent . Do your own research don't take my advice if you think I'm full of it . Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks after purchasing my daughters first vehicle, I have to leave this review. I was hoping that this dealership would come through and stand behind what they advertised but that is not the case. We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape on a Thursday, this was my daughters first car. About an hour after we drove off the lot, we discovered that the USB outlet did not charge but also that the bluetooth and sync function did not work. After several emails and missed phone calls over the course of about a week, we finally brought the vehicle in for them to look at. After a day or so they had 2 mechanics look at it. In short, they said it is about a $1500 dollar repair that they were not going to cover. After eventually talking to the owner Austin, the basic response was it is a used car and the buyer should verify anything they want in the vehicle before purchasing. The options for bluetooth and sync are what the car came with before but was not verified by the dealership, even though it was advertised as having this functionality. So we should have verified that what was listed actually worked before buying. The owner did offer a few more suggestions to try to fix it but said "they are already $300 into this stupid thing" and they were not going to do anything else. Long story short, I would not recommend buying from this dealership. They did not communicate well and then did not stand behind the advertising of the vehicle. They do not test most of the components on the vehicle so if you do buy, verify what is important to you. I would not be going back to them or recommend them to anyone else. Buy at your own risk. I've been there twice. They let me test drive whatever I wanted and we're polite enough, but felt that I wasn't taken seriously. The car I was interested in had just come back from the mechanic to get a repair but I wasn't given many details and the person wasn't eager to go ask someone who knew more information. Wouldn't hold the car even with money down so my husband could come look at it later. We're going to pay cash for whatever vehicle we purchase, but I don't feel like I need to say that in order to be taken seriously. I'm sure they're great at selling cars, just want to feel like a welcomed and serious customer. read more

we bought a 2010 dodge journey a couple months ago. it immediately had problems and the engine light came on that weekend. we found out that the car will need a complete new transmission, a new motor mount, and a fee other little problems. we purchased the warranty from HTS Auto, but even though we made sure it covers transmissions before we bought it, surprise surprise, we can't use it on our car. after a month of going back and foreth between the transmission shop, the insurance company, and HTS we now owe 4500 dollars to fix the lemon they sold us. read more

Be prepared to pay their asking price, absolutely no room for negotiating and they will not budge even when paying the amount fully in cash. The vehicles are very nice but not enough to not negotiate at all. But in the end it was not meant to be and we found the exact same truck with 4000 more miles and even better shape for $3100 less from a private owner, good luck here. read more

Major WARNING! Do not buy a car from these people ever. You will be sorry. This is by far the worst car lot I have ever dealt with. I came to buy a car. I had a trade-in and a large down payment ready. They for some reason continue to stress to me that everything must be working on the trade-in vehicle. Every time that I made a trip to their office they always seem to stress that the trading vehicle must be running and everything on it must be working. After it had been determined the vehicle was running and everything was working, they then proceeded to lowball me on the trade-in. At which point, I still agreed to buy the car. On the day I came in with the trade-in and the cash so that we could finalize the sale, they continued to stress to me how everything on the trade-in car must be working. Here's what I find ironic about it. What happened next was I found out that the car I was attempting to purchase had a tear in the leather seats, in which they agreed to fix. But that's not all. It gets better. I had test driven the car about four days prior and I determined that the car needed shocks struts and springs assembly, which they absolutely refused to repair. But the thing that broke the camels back is when they refused to replace and repair a $50 rear view camera. But wait it gets worse. After stressing to me several times on every visit that my car had to be in tiptop running condition and everything had to work on it in order for them to except it as a trade. Well the problem with that is everything didn't work on the almost $18,000 car I was buying. Not only that on the day I came to finalize the deal the car wouldn't even start. At that point I was done. Oh! Let me tell you what happened with the trade-in they tried to lowball me on. Well I had a friend of mine post the car on Facebook marketplace the car sold for $6100 in less than two hours. But for some reason they figured the car was worth less than $2000. And the irony is after they stressed several times at every appointment that my less than $2000 valued car must be running and everything must work on it for them to take it as a trade-in (in which they totally excepted) the almost $18,000 car they fully expected me to buy after not wanting to replace a $50 rearview camera after not wanting to replace a pair of $113 struts for front and back wouldn't even run at all. I purchased a used truck from HTS that was in awesome visual condition. I paid a fair price for the vehicle and I was impressed with the salesman's attitude. I was also impressed with the amount of very clean used vehicles they had available. It's hard to find such clean vehicles for a decent price! I had some problems with my vehicle after I purchased it, but they were kind enough to assist me with the repairs and help in any way they could. This is rare from a used dealer, so it was nice to have them stand behind their product! read more

I decided to call them since I was not getting a response and the guy told me that my email was not worthy of response and hung up the phone on me. Terrible!!!!! Was going to buy a vehicle, then discovered an oil leak. They were not going to fix it unless I paid for it. They were going to add that cost to final sale price.
