My son has been dealing with Baker on his truck for a check engine light. Every time I go's in they…read morecan't actually find what's going on with it. Even though the code reads emissions code. They think they fix it and then it comes back on , they say it must be this problem and then fix it for this amount , then again the check engine light comes on after they say they fixed it. After they fixed it recently again I drove it another 45 miles and now the check engine light it's back on. I drive a lot of miles for work so it go's out of Warranty quick but been dealing with this since I bought the truck! I'm over it with them. This is ridiculous that they can't find and fix a problem or admit this truck has a problem. It's been in at least 3 times since November plus multiple times before that and costing me thousands of dollars and time and they still can't fix it. They just keep throwing parts at it and not working. Baker is the worst dealership in Michigan or the USA to deal with and I'm not the only one that thinks this. I will be blowing this up on social media with my friends and family help. If Baker GMC doesn't take care of this next step will be that I will call my Lawyer and GM.

I was very disappointed today with my "express" oil change service. I waited almost an hour and…read moreforty five minutes during a scheduled appointment. Then I noticed that the undiscounted price that I was charged was almost $50 more than the quoted online price of $99.95. Even with the "hidden fees" (mysterious $6.19 "environmental service", extra $8.11 "shop supplies", punitive $4.24 "hazardous materials" charge) extras, it was more than expected. I'll give one star back for the $15 discount that the service advisor gave me because it took so long. I do appreciate that. However, no mention of why it was more expensive versus what was quoted online. Even more sad is the lack of care that the Wenzel team puts into their customer service. No smiles. No greetings. I felt unwanted as a customer. You would think that, after an hour or more the service advisor would come and update the customer and let then know that the service is taking longer than expected (which we all know is BS). And, you better not talk to anyone but your "assigned" service advisor, as i was curtly directed to someone else. And finally, in order the get my "multi-point" inspection report you now have to call Onstar? Why not just print it instead of subjecting your customers to a forced sales pitch? Wenzel lost a customer today.

When I pulled off the lot after purchasing the car, the check engine light turned on. Texted my salesman and he said to turn around and they would get it looked at. I couldn't because I was in need to drive it home that evening. Week later there was the tire pressure monitor system on, check engine light, all tail lights went out and needed to be replaced and I was putting air in a tire almost every other day. Txted my sales guy again and he said it was unfortunate that this happens sometimes after getting the vehicle off the lot. After he apologized that it should have been taken care of before I had possession of the car; asked for it to be brought back and they would get the items we talked about fixed. They determined that it would be on them and taken care of and they did a good job with the entire process. Overall happy with my good used vehicle and appreciate the help Andrew gave me. He knew I financially couldn't take on the price of the repairs needed so he told me everything was on them. I will tell others of my experience here for sure. If you look into getting a car from them just test drive a vehicle more than once before actually looking into purchasing.... And make sure you ask for Andrew; he seems to be the most outgoing and the willingness to help you.

Corbin added to our vehicle conversations and was straightforward to work with on the vehicle trade-in making that process seamless. Last but not least, Charlie was also great to work with in getting all the financial paperwork set in stone! Great environment and great people at Prince Motors. I always recommend Prince when I hear of someone looking for a new ride.

She found the right size vehicle within her price range, model year, and mileage. They let her take it for a test drive on Friday but she wanted to pray about it over the weekend. When she called on Monday to tell them she wanted it, they let her put a deposit on it via credit card and she picked up the vehicle on Tuesday. They were very helpful and not pushy at all. We have several friends who have purchased vehicles from them and they all had good things to say about the folks at Reisma which is why we went there. Great folks to deal with!
