So currency ordered via their website which is simple to use and you get a confirmation email.You then pay Griffin by bacs(you can pay by card if you call them also)They confirm receipt of the bacs payment by email and my currency arrived the next day by signed delivery.Brilliant and this way meant we got much more for our £. Which can be frustrating as they are more interested in telling you to use the machines to pay in or take out money and will happily teach you rather than reduce the queues. In many bank surveys this branch and Nat West Bank overall comes out poor (one star out of 5) for service. Especially the branch in Southend on Sea, Essex.
