To access the personal bankers you need to queue that the can I help desk (which isnt clear if a member of staff is not there!). Dont just sit down stand and wait to get your name on the list to be seen. Although in genrel all the pay in desks are open it takes a while to be seen. But the staff are friendly and helpful which makes it a better experience

But the service there is great, the queues go don fast as there is always plenty of staff on the tills. The staff are always very polite and friendly to. On entering the bank there is a welcoming member of staff who will asist if you have cheques to pay in. There is a small table that children can play on whilst you wait which is helpful. the counter staff, rarelt smile and aer quite rude (hence the mark). Whenever I pay in money to my husbands account they ask me to upgrade my account, and then are rude when I tell them it is not mine. That leaves me to wonder the safety of many peoples accounts;
