Brutally bad. They turned the task of opening a checking account into a 6 week process that led to…read morethe account being closed. Opened an account online, but was then told we needed to go to branch to add my wife. Went in and signed paperwork. One week, nothing. Two weeks, nothing. Finally they tell me the agent made mistake and I had to redo paperwork. I complete paperwork and order checks and debit card. Along the way I never funded account since I had no access to it. Received an email saying fund by 11/30 or it will be closed. So, I set up to fund by 11/29 but when I log in, the account was already closed a day early. Two hours in phone loop hell and I end up with there is nothing they can do and I need to start over. Really? Avoid!
