My business accounts are usually managed out of the Manchester St Annes branch but today I need to attend to some matters via my local branch in Ormskirk. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and invited to take a seat. I was a little frazzled when I arrived but I explained what I was wanting to do and Collette took care of everything with no fuss and made my multiple transactions as easy as I could have hoped for, or expected. Collette was the ideal combination of being a good listener, very well organized, professional, and immensely likeable. Collette could not have failed to notice that I was carrying an empty box that was about four feet long and 5 inches wide and deep. When I saw her discretely curious look I explained that I had been in Ormskirk looking for a mailing tube but had been unable to find one. She asked me what I was looking for, excused herself for a moment, and came back with a used mailing tube that met my needs perfectly. I could not believe it. Now this is what I believe is the epitome of customer service. Collette didn't meet or even exceed my expectations, she completely blew them out of the water. Her kind actions solved a big problem for me and made me feel that my three business bank accounts are definitely in the right hands when there are people like Collette about.
