I had other inquiries regarding related issues and he helped me identify other work that should be done in conjunction with a roof replacement. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

Benjamin Mancillas was wonderful to work with!!! On-time and very polite on my exhaustive questions about the job Excellent warranty on their work. They showed up yesterday and did the whole job in one day, and it was beautifully done. Very, very good cleanup!! I mowed the lawn today and did not see, one rooftop piece or roof nail. Levi is THE chimney guy…read more He assessed our chimney and gave us the most honest answer on what work needed to be done vs nice to have. This was compared to 3 other chimney people we had out to give quotes. Then he walked us through selecting the perfect wood burning insert, installed it, and has been super responsive with our questions regarding how to best use it. His pricing is super fair as he only charged for pick up and installation of the device. Highly recommend for any chimney / fireplace needs!

Starting with Dan Thelen, he provided all options and cost of product details. There were no surprises. The install crew I understand has been with Total Exteriors from the start. The day of my roof installation Zion and the install crew showed up well before the planned start time and rocked it out. Their attention to detail, teamwork and final cleanup was more than what I expected and exceeded the experience that I had 23 years ago with a previous roofing company. The next day the crew returned for gutter and downspout installation. Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Jason who takes quality to the next level. Great job! My new roof looks great.

Great work and great people…read more We have a newer home (2 years old) and during this last wind storm part of our ridge vent shingles came off the roof. We called the roofing company that built our house...crickets. Not even so much as a call back to say they were busy. With rain coming up, and after 4 days of trying to reach the original contractor, we called Rodriguez Exteriors. Rodriguez Exteriors answered the phone with a real human. Orlando was responsive, honest, fair and was out the same day to give us a quote to repair our roof before the rain that was forecast. They did a physical inspection, took plenty of pictures and clearly explained what happened, likely reasons why it happened, and went through options for us as to what can be done. In the end, it was discovered that three factors caused the issue. The wrong ridge vent was used, the wrong nails were used (too short of nails were used for ridge cap usage), and lastly the nails were driven most of the way through the shingles at installation so when the shingles came up they broke through the shingles. Rodriguez Exteriors was very diligent about using the appropriate materials, oem recommended products and installing everything in a professional and proper manner. The work was exemplary and had it not been a holiday weekend, I would have had them replace the ridge vents on the rest of the house on the spot. We will be scheduling them back to do so. When the team was done with the replacement, everything was cleaned up. It looked amazing, and was done correctly. Thank you Orlando and team for getting us repaired and back to water-tight again. No one wants to call for roofing repairs, let alone on a 2 year old home. But the one good thing that came out of this was that we found Rodriguez Exteriors. A family run, honest, trustworthy and responsive contractor. We will highly recommend them any day!
