One can not complain about this hostel since it is the only one on Ibiza island. I like the…read morecountry themes (India, China, Argentina, and so forth) to the common rooms a lot. I was in the Jamaica room and it was very spacious with an outdoor lounge patio. It was the best spot for Wi-Fi because that room is considered to be the suite room with its own private bathroom as well. If you are wanting Wi-Fi, you need to go out to the common area! The base floor and in your own rooms are not good for smooth Wi-Fi connection! Checking in, you have to wait till 11am, which I thought, was fairly late for check ins. I guess that is early for Ibiza (party island) residents, however. The staff members were nice and accommodating. They knew the party clubs and which ones to go to for the night! This place has a kitchen area if you are wanting to cook your own food and the hostel is conveniently located next to supermarkets for grocery shopping, snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this spot if you are here for the party nights in Ibiza! You would be able to meet other people, wanting to go out to the club nights as well and that will be great for the rest of your stay in Ibiza!

The closest beach is about 7 min walk away. Clubs are about a 10-15 cab ride, so splitting one between 3 others isn't so bad. Staff/Lobby: The staff working the lobby are really friendly and helpful. If you have questions as to which beach to go to, where the busses are, or which clubs to hit up, they have all the answers! They even sell club tickets here too. Room: Each room is labeled with a different country name and is decorated that way. We stayed in a 6-bed room with an attached bathroom. It comes with large sized lockers so we can fit even our 55l backpacks in there too (keys require a 10€ deposit). Since we weren't overlooking the street, we had a terrace connected to other rooms' terraces. Our room had plenty of outlets as well though I don't think that's standard across all rooms. The 5-bed room out other friend stayed at didn't have any outlets and also had a detached bathroom. Our bunk beds were pretty standard. Comes with pillow, linens and a small towel. I also noticed that for some guests, they had to switch rooms during their stay. Not sure why but it could get annoying if you had to switch more than once during your stay. Some people it was because they extended their stays, which makes sense. Breakfast/Food: Every morning there's free breakfast from 9-11AM. You can get a croissant, coffee and orange juice. For other meals, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hostel has a kitchen so you can buy food from the market and cook it there. I would stay here again if I came back to Ibiza and wasn't looking to stay at a hotel! It had a laid back feel, which is just perfect when you're looking to hang out at the beach during the day and party it up at night!

It has a bit of a hostel feel when you enter the lobby, which i like because it feels very friendly. And the staff are really nice. Like REALLY nice. everyone i spoke to who worked there had such huge smiles on their faces the entire time i spoke with them. We checked in and went to our room, which of course has a different art design than any of the other rooms. All the rooms (and the walls in the hallways, etc) were designed by different artists, which is really cool. They have a dinner plan available but I booked the breakfast for the next day, which was very good. The fridge in the room is stocked with beer and liquor for purchase at pretty cheap rates as well. If I had to come up with some reason to not give this place 5 stars, it would be that the walls are super thin. I was asleep and heard the people in the other room on our floor loud and clear. They weren't even being particularly loud or anything, but they did wake me up. That was a bit annoying, or really as annoying as people making noise in Ibiza can be! I didn't think it was a huge deal though because I would definitely stay at this place again.

I'm honestly devastated to be writing this, but our recent stay at Ushuaïa on 1st August 2025 was…read moreone of the most stressful, disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had--particularly upsetting given the high cost (over £1300 for one night) and that this was meant to be a special anniversary trip. We booked the "Anything Can Happen Suite" expecting a seamless and celebratory experience. Instead, what happened was a cascade of failures that left us feeling ignored, degraded, and frankly shocked--especially in a hotel that markets itself as luxury and inclusive. Check-In Disaster: We arrived at 3:15 PM and were told our room wasn't ready. Fair enough--initially. But no follow-up, no communication, and no apology. I had to chase four times at the desk, only to be met with robotic, dismissive responses and rude attitudes from the front desk team. No manager was ever made available to speak to us, and we didn't get access to the room until close to 6 PM--almost 3 hours later. False Promises About Accessibility: Before booking, we called multiple times (myself and two friends separately) and were explicitly reassured that our disabled guests could move between the room and the event area throughout the night. This was a key factor in our decision to book. When we arrived, we were abruptly told this was not allowed. My disabled partner and friend were essentially trapped--unable to re-enter the event area if they left for rest or toilet access. This left them distressed and humiliated. No one--not reception, the "experience team," or the box office--offered a solution. The finger-pointing and lack of care was appalling. For a hotel of this profile to treat disabled guests this way in 2025 is disgusting and potentially unlawful. We felt lied to, ignored, and abandoned. Special Occasion? Completely Ignored. This trip was also our anniversary. I had planned to propose but didn't--because the entire day was ruined by stress and mishandling. No gesture, no questions, not even a "congratulations." No support in planning anything. A complete emotional letdown. Sexual Comments from Security: To make matters worse, some of the security staff made inappropriate, sexual comments to our female friends--including "your ass looks nice in that outfit" and "give me a shout later, sexy." This is completely unacceptable, and I am disgusted that this was brushed off when raised with the hotel. In Summary: * 3-hour delay to check-in with rude service * False promises and complete disregard for disabled guests * No acknowledgment or support for a special occasion * Inappropriate, degrading behaviour from hotel security * No apology. No resolution. No refund. If you're looking for a hotel that actually delivers on luxury, respect, and basic accessibility, Ushuaïa is not the place. I'll be pursuing this with the tourism board, disability rights organisations, and legal channels. Guests deserve better--especially in a venue claiming to be world-class
