I explained that it went beyond painting. I had some wood that needed replacing. Cory walked slowly and deliberately around the house, both inside and out and gave me a detailed quote with a couple of options. We aligned and agreed on a date. Cory and his team arrived on that date, and worked for several days over the following 2 weeks. Each time, if I were home, he asked me to review. He nearly got everything perfect; I was greatly impressed with the cleaning, sanding, wood replacement, and painting. I only found 2 small things for improvement out of 30 places - which he stayed and did immediately. I was treated with respect. He adapted to my schedule. The house looks great. The two painters finished my son's room with primer and two coats in less than 3 hours. There were also a few (3) minor dings that they quickly put caulk stuff over and even gave me a piece of sandpaper to smooth it out when it dries. I'm stating this because this is an example of going above and beyond the call of duty. They didn't have to do that for me, but they did - at no charge.
