One of our windows were mistakenly sent the wrong size blind, they reordered the replacement and installed it quickly. Valorie ABANDONED us at the near beginning of our project, causing many problems with the builder. Parts of her design, which we paid generously for, were unusable. She ordered (and we paid for) hardware that did not fit the space. When we returned it to her, she did not refund us. This was a highly unpleasant experience. Be warned.
