I do not recommend Howrah Plumbing because our experience with them has been a bad one.
Back in December 2016 it took them several days to work out the whereabouts of a leaking pipe and charged our neighbour an exorbitant amount with a 7 day deadline for payment.
During this job their staff forget to put on their handbrake and their car rolled down the driveway and totally smashed our strata title's brick letterbox. Luckily there were not any children playing in the cul-de-sac or they would have been killed.
It is now April 10 and still Howrah Plumbing have not replaced our letterbox despite our several attempts at chasing them up.
Their Mission Statement says they endeavour to provide the most reliable and efficient service without compromising on quality or safety. This experience goes against this mission statement. They also mention their customers are their most valuable asset and customer requirements come first. We have not felt valued at all, in fact Howrah Plumbing have been totally unreliable and untrustworthy.
We have spoken to several staff members including the CEO and we are still waiting for a replacement of our letterbox.
Seriously consider which plumbing service you choose because there is a strong chance that if you choose Howrah Plumbing and something goes wrong then they you will be left high and dry, but with a bill and an expectation to pay almost immediately. read more
