From our first showroom visit 30 minutes before closing time on a Friday, Brenda was enthusiastic about our project and working with us. She brought her expertise to bear in helping us select a functional, beautiful and affordable carpet to replace the existing carpeting. While we provided rough measurements for a bid, after we accepted the Hayes proposal Brenda personally visited and measured our home to ensure that an accurate and timely order was placed, as she did not want the Easter Holidays to delay our project any more than necessary. Brenda estimated when our carpeting would arrive and could be installed, and her estimate proved to be spot on. The only lapse of service I experienced was a failure of her staff to follow up with me to confirm our installation date/time after I placed two separate calls. I emailed Brenda directly on a Friday evening and she responded via phone and email over the weekend. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. My bedrooms, stairs & closets were done in 2 work days. Crew were professional, pleasant, competent--absolutely no complaints. The results speak for themselves and we are very satisfied. I highly recommend Brenda and Hayes Flooring for your home flooring project.

The work was stimulating and challenging, but Edwards Windsor made it fun and exciting.....and extremely rewarding for me, both emotionally and financially.
