I trusted them and asked the plumber to send me a quote for the installation of a new medium priced toilet. I accepted the quote of ($1,860) thinking I would get a good toilet. After requesting the details of the installed product I found that the price of this toilet was only $285 at Bunnings. This is a cheap toilet. The reviews on productreview.com.au are not good. The installation of the toilet took around 2 and a half hours (at $125 per hour, 3 hours labour is $375). This means that the quote they gave me for this routine procedure included 8 hours of extra labour. I phoned the manager and he tried to convince me that this is normal practice. He offered to reduce the price by $200. Be careful with this company!

Appalling.I have used Plumbers for over 40 years and I have never experienced such a poor…read moreexperience.The first appointment the plumber turned up five and a half hours late.The jobs we needed done were poorly done and had to be rectified and when they said that they were too busy to finish the other jobs.We have had to employ another plumber to finish the required work.Not good enough.Try and find another Plumber who is honest and reliable.Good luck.
