I found them on Google and ordered a remote control boat, with 2 batteries and a charger by mail order.
It came the next day and all seemed to work well with the boat. However the charger seemed to have a fault and they had sent one battery and not two.
I emailed them to say that the battery was missing, the charger ddi not work and attached a picture of the charger with the fault lights on and they did not respond.
I then called them and they got me to resend my email to a yahoo email address and said they would get back to me in 5 minutes with the answer.
They did get back to me. They said the person who picked the order admitted that they got it wrong and they would send another one the next day.
From this you may be wondering why I have put 5 stars, I would normally put a lot less for this!
They did want to resolve the problem and did so, but that is not what made it 5 stars.
On the picture which had the battery charging, they gave me really good advice.
They say said that I should charge the battery on the 1amp and not the 3 amp settings which will take longer but is better for the battery and so on. They also diagnosed the status lamp going red and said it is normal for that kind of battery.
If I had gone to Amazon, I would not have gotten this help, would not known what to do and probably all I could have done was send it back.
So going here to a shop that is online, but run by real model enthusiasts, meant I got advice that could not get from a normal ecommerce site.
