They take time to answer all our questions and make sure we understand what needs to be done to continue to maintain good health. I have never had to wait a long time for a visit. When I come for my appointments, I am usually in the doctor's chair within 15 minutes of arrival. If you are looking for top quality care, you could not choose a better location. Dr. Howell is amazing and he better not retire before I quit needing him. Thank you Mary Sutton for all of your ongoing help and thank you Kimberly Bryant for taking care and listening to my sister and her needs.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't pay attention to the appointment time they give you! Show up…read moreat least half an hour before. I was nearly 10 minutes early & they told me they couldn't see me because I showed up less than 30 minutes early "for the paperwork" (all questions I had already answered on the phone, mind you) Then I sat there, filled it all out, finished just a few moments after my appointment time was. Was told I'd have to come back another day, that they could get me in at 9:30. but I'd have to be there at 9:00. For what? for the paperwork I'd just filled out for them while sitting in their waiting room for my scheduled appointment! I point out I'd just filled out all the paperwork, still was told I'd have to be there 30 minutes early anyway, because that's "just how the provider likes it" Tell me, if I was still early to my first appointment time, still did the paperwork? I mean, let's not put two & two for 63 here folks. I clarified, "So even though I was here on time to the actual appointment time, the time that was stamped in the appointment reminders, that I have now filled all the paperwork ok, & it's only 5 past my appointment time now. I have to now go find childcare again; for the appointment I've been waiting over 3 weeks for, that I hassled my insurance to make yall my primary care for, that I am inside this building, insurance coverage available, here for, I can't be seen until tomorrow at 9:30, but not 9:30, 9:00. but the Appointment time is 9:30, but I'll be denied if I show up after 9:00?" to the response of "yes ma'am that's just how the provider does it." Well the provider can do it for someone else I guess. It's not just annoying folks, it's downright stupid. I told them just to forget the 9:00 or 9:30, whatever they were expecting. I would go find care somewhere where somebody actually cared, thank you. & left. Should have demanded my documents with all my sensitive information be handed back to me seeing as they took them to give me absolutely nothing in return. I know the medical field is swamped but I was nearly 10 minutes early to the actual appointment time! I'll say it again: Pathetic. Even another patient passing by me as I left chimed in how wrong it was for them to do that to me. Choose your care elsewhere, where they might not be full of it!

This is the worst place for health care that I have ever been to. Called over a month ago to make…read morean appointment but was told they couldn't get me in till today... I made the appointment and today I arrived about 5 minutes early. Checked in and sat down. No on else was in the waiting room until after I sat down. The place fills up and all those people get taken back before me. I asked how much longer it will be and was told only a couple minutes. The place filled up again and half those people get taken back. I asked the girl at the front counter if this is normal... and she said she didn't understand why I hadn't gone back yet , but that they had my paperwork in the back so it shouldn't be much longer. I finally get into one of the rooms and now have been sitting in here for 20 minutes waiting for the doctor, which makes it almost 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment. Avoid this place if you can... unless you have excess time to sit around and wait. My question... what's the purpose of scheduling an appointment if you still have to wait over an hour to be seen?

I was reluctant to go only because i am tired of Dr's and medical visits. I was taken by ambulance and upon arriving was immediately seen to. The nurses and staff were very attentive, making sure I was comfortable and my issues were immediately addressed. The Dr. on call was also very concerned about my condition. He made sure I understood what was going on and how I should proceed. The entire staff were excellent, and from what I could observe were the same way with the other patients in the ER. Sarah

The Nurses were very knowledgeable and thoughtful! I cut my right thumb at the mid-joint area and was afraid I may had done damage. It was a freak accident at a beauty salon. The was a metal plate at the end of each arm and I grabbed it; boom big cut! Tetanus shot was given, and RX. ARNP Joan was professional and reassured me I would be fine! My barely 25‑year‑old daughter, Taylor, died after what multiple independent physicians and an…read moreautopsy have confirmed was reckless medical negligence and neglect in an HCA Florida Hospital where she was taken after being rear‑ended at a red light. Her internal bleeding went undiagnosed for about eight hours despite glaring signs. Once imaging was finally ordered and active internal bleeding was confirmed, surgery was delayed for roughly seven more hours. In the meantime, the doctor ordered mass blood transfusion in an improper way that worsened her condition instead of stabilizing her, while failing to move the central line that was improperly placed and that the radiologist recommended be repositioned. HCA Healthcare has faced no consequences, and there is no way for people researching physicians through the Florida Department of Health (DOH), the medical licensing board, to see what happened to my daughter. Because she was 25, unmarried, and had no children, Florida's 'Free Kill' law strategically blocked me from pursuing legal recourse to ensure the hospital and its physicians are held accountable so the harm does not continue. This visit was when we found out they no longer take my hmo insurance through Florida blue. Great. $150, but it's an emergency so I obliged. Very aggravating though :) We see the doctor, she's great. I say it's impetigo. She agrees, but didn't do any more thorough inspections of her own, so I assume that's definitely what he has. She prescribed him a topical ointment. We have been applying as needed every single day since, and it hasn't gotten better. It's not horribly worse, but not better. I call back August 7 (today) asking if there's any way we could be prescribed antibiotics because HE STARTS SCHOOL IN 4 DAYS. the nurse says "if you hold I will speak with a doctor and see what he says." *5 seconds later* "sorry ma'am you're going to have to come in for another check up" ma'am, it's only been 5 seconds, there's no way you talked to a doctor... she gets defensive saying she doesn't know where this conversation is going and that she doesn't have the energy to argue. I hang up. No resolution. Only money to be spent. Idk. Maybe this is just the American health system, and they don't do pro-bono or help those who really can't afford healthcare without insurance. I'm a single mother on one income and have spent $450 in the last week, including this last visit, on top of school supplies and clothes shopping for my son. Didn't think asking for an oral antibiotic required another $150 appointment just to be like "yes you're right, here's a prescription for amoxicillin" please do better. Not everyone can pull money out of their ass, especially when you stop taking their insurance a day before they show up for a walk in appointment.
