Our project was delayed due to city work on our block but the team at Grow Earth was able to come out right before the first snow and get things squared away. They were quick, respectful of our property, and cleaned as they went. Manu kept us informed of the progress and checked in to see if we had questions or concerns. The completed backyard is beautiful work and we have had no water problems since the install. They were reasonably priced, professional and easy to work with. They were able to quote very quickly, and since our back yard was unusable (all dirt!) after another construction project, they fit us in quickly so we could get back to enjoying the results. The project hit a few hiccups - namely a massive buried tree stump and the need to lay some drainage after discovering water pooling - but Manu and his team were able to accommodate and adjust to keep things moving. We were charged for walkway cleanings that didn't occur and upon calling, we received no apology and a very reluctant refund. This was not the first time calling GC regarding the issue. It also could take an additional 24+ hours for the walkway to be cleared, since it's a different team than the driveway clearers. We do not recommend them (at least for snow removal services).

For the past month, since May 5th at 2:02 pm, he said he would have guys out to "take care of that" for me. I sent him pictures of the green's current condition. Yesterday at 8:08 am "I can have the guys out today and fix you up." Never showed, which I expected, but I still changed my day to work from home. This is the most unprofessional, inexperienced, and unethical company I've ever dealt with. When they were installing the green, the owner threatened to stop installation because they only had enough material to do 2/3 of the green. The reason, "I gave them wrong measurements." Their entire business design, pricing, material, labor is all based on square footage. They came out twice to measure. I regret ever hiring SYNLawn of MI. Now I must invest good money into bad trying to get whatever I can back in court.
