He came put several times before and during the project. Courteous. Great with communication and keeping me in the loop and brainstorming the renovation with me. However there was workmanship defect that I pointed out to Mr. Davis and he had promised to come back to fix those defects. That was was in November 2019 and I've reached out and still cannot get the defect to be taken care of. On one day Mr Davis stated he would be by and I waited all day. He was a no show and did not answer my calls. That is not how a business should be ran. In good faith he was paid in full with the promise of coming back to fix the defect. But has yet to return or make any attempts to reach out.
