I'm thinking they'll be back Monday. Nope, now they want additional money to back come out. Nothing but excuses, "the sewer line was too long for them to snake", okay then why even start? Now my water drains are free flowing and i have excellent water pressure throughout my house. Duane Woodworth came out and did the survey and one of his employees, C J did the work. Duane would assist as needed. The work was complicated by having to enter into a crawl space from the Basement and replaced drains on the tub and two lavatory sinks that was no easy task. CJ accomplished correcting my drain issue and removed all the galvanized pipes from the crawl space. I know who i will be calling in the future should i require a plumber.
